I'm hoping to order a lace dress but I'm fearful that it will look cheap in a dark green colour and that it won't match the picture! Help?!

Trying to get a return and refund for a dress purchased that is not measuring the size ordered. 4ins material short at the back. 4ins too long. Hi, I have been waiting for my order to arrive and am now getting nervous. It's suppose to be here by tomorrow but no one can tell me where my item us and have said no on is on duty until 12 hours from now which means there is someone on duty at 3am? I have tried to call on the number on their website but it says the number isn't recognised. Can anyone help? I'm getting really worried about this order that I've spent a lot of money on!
I would like to order this dress Model: 10213824, but I've seen the picture circling around the internet so i'm not sure it will turn out as the picture, is it possible for you to take a picture of the dress in your warehouse so i'm sure it will turn out the same s the picture?
