I took a chance and ordered my wedding dress from the site and was shocked at the dress I received. From the quality of the material to the fit... it was all perfect! To top it all off the customer service was amazing. I can't fault the entire experience one bit.
I paid an extra £40 to have 2 dresses arrive by 12th may. They arrived 7 days late and now no good to me as the event I bought them for was on the 14th may. They have offered me £20 back and a discount on my next order! I have sent approximately 20 emails asking to return and have a refund with no joy. These people are incompetent and clueless - they have told me it would be inconvenient to have the dresses back even though before I ordered I was told I could return if they were not suitable!
This is the worst service I have ever received.
The dress arrived and it was finished terrible! Back and front weren't stitched properly. The dress was supposed to come in jersey but it arrived in thin polyester chiffon fabric that look awful. It's better to invest money in a decent and well finished dress. They are difficult to communicate and they don't provide return address so I'm aiming to get my money back. They don't have PayPal service so finance doesn't treat them properly. Ditch them!

Do NOT use this company! They are a scam! Do not stick to your order and they have stolen my money and not refunded me even though I sent the dresses back because they were such bad quality and they made them in the wrong colour! It's been over 6 months! They are cheap copy cats none of the dresses on the website are true to style or size! They are stolen images and they make knock offs!

I ordered my prom dress from here at frist I was quite worried as i was ordering it from over seas. But the team kept me updated on the status of my dress. It arrived earlier then expected which was a bonus. The dress was exactly the same as the picture and It was beautiful on. I would defiantly order from this website again.
My friend bought 4 different bridesmaid dresses. They are all disgusting, nothing like on the website and ill-fitting. Avoid this awful company... too much of a risk. Will not refund you.
NO STARS - diabolical. Dress is absolutely hideous and nothing like on the drawing. The lace that looks as if it should be soft and flowy is more like a cheap net curtain. Plus size is wrong.
To add insult to injury, the customer service is shockingly bad and they really make it as hard as they possibly can to get a refund. Had to threaten with chargebacks.
I assure you the delivery for this dress was ******* percent worth it, although it took a long time, it came into me for my prom, and it was absolutely beautiful, I'm very very happy will deffo be ordering again xoxoxo
The dress is really beautiful. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures, the colour is beutiful and the material is of good quality. Everybody complimented me on it. It was shipped in time and I got it a few days earlier than they have firstly anticipated. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience!
Absolutely delighted with the outcome of my 3 bridesmaids dresses and my mums dress for our wedding in Thailand! DIY Dresses saved my butt after a dress maker at home left me with a unsatisfactory quality of dress very close to my wedding date! In a panic I contacted DIY dresses and they bent over backwards to accommodate me and to get these dresses to me as soon as possible! The quality is impeccable and was more than half the cost of the dresses I was originally getting from the dress maker who let me down! I ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses fro DIY in watermelon colour. Two short and two long ones. I ordered made to measure and the dresses are so far very good fit. I am really pleased with presale service and the dresses are lovely! I will add pictures after the big day!
I bought a dress from here and it is stunning, I love it but I had it custom made and I have somehow got the sizes all wrong it's way too big. This is my fault not the dress making, I can not fault the dress just wish it fit as I now need to try to have it altered or not use it at all. But I would buy from here again, just need to have a professional Nate the measurements.

After placing an order for a dress I purchased from diydress, I came across some reviews of the website, which particularly weren't good. I was so nervous about my dress that I got my mum to contact them. The customer service were lovely, and ensured that my dress will be made properly. It arrived earlier than I expected, and when I opened the package... WOW! There was the gorgeous white dress I had ordered! The quality was excellent, the colour pigment was just right and the size was also right! I would recommend diydress. Thankyou diydress!
I had mine custom made but it arrived totally differnet to online and didnt fit. The material was horrible and the detailing was faulty and not central at all. After a lot of emails of getting nowhere i decided to return it and get proof of postage advised by my bank. I got there address from there website and was then told after i returned it that this is the wrong address as it doesnt exist. I now have no idea where the parcel is and it looks like i have lost £165. Absolute shocking company!
Sorry to say it but this site is a FAKE and is NOT in the UK. Most of the 5 star reviews are by people who write single revews and then vanish and there is a common theme running through the reviews. If you doubt it, go to scamadviser.com web site and enter diydress.co.uk and it come up a big RED warning.
Absolutely diabolical dress ordered at a cost of£130 recieved it last week completely the wrong dress and at least one size to small. Sent photos of the dress we ordered plus the one we received and was told the dress was beautiful and to take it to somebody to make the alterations. After lots of e-mails they have offered me a £10 refund. This company is a rip off. I wish I read the reviews before buying from this awful company. If anybody has any advice on how to get my money back I would be grateful for any advice. I wouldn't give this company any stars.
Bad unreliable company!
I ordered three dresses! And shoes. Dresses cost 300 pounds! One dress does not cost 10 pounds. The dresses jacket sleeves are narrow. The dresses in the back ridge. The dress is of poor quality. Other dress untrue! Changed material and style. Lots of glitter! In reality, it was not! Sending the photo told that the dress is very beautiful and suitable to wear. How can I wear a dress if it is small? And I hate sequins! Shoes are one of too little. How can I wear one shoes?!
I did not say anything for a refund. And no one wrote!

I ordered a red dress from diy dresses, I was a little worried about how it would turn out after reading some negative comments, but it arrived yesterday and I couldint be happier, the dress is beautiful and amazingly made and the fabrics used are very good, I will be happy to wear this dress to my prom :)
