I would think carefully before buying. I order a dress from them and when it arrives the dress was too big for a standard size 10. I wrote to customer service that the dress doesn't fit. The jacket was so tight around the shoulder and the dress top was about 2 inches gap. All she said was I have to send it my local dressmaker for alteration. The pathetic answer was their dresses are not custom made and that was that.
My mistake was after ordering I went and read the review online and they were very negative. I did tried to cancel my order after 2 days and I was told I can't as it was too late. I was assured not to worry as it would be perfect.
Now I have dress that I can not wear.

I ordered two dresses for my prom from this website, and my order came to £200. Before ordering I asked the online help service if my dresses would be refundable regardless and they said yes. I ordered my dresses expecting them to resemble the image shown on the website, however when receiving the dresses, one is damaged and can't be worn, the other is completely the wrong size, and both show no resemblance to the images on the website. Considering I was told that I could refund I emailed and asked to refund, however they were exceptionally rude and disrespectful and replied eventually claiming they would refund £20. £20! When I paid £200, it is a complete an utter scam, and all they do is send out fake copies of the dresses and keep your money. I would advise everybody to never order from this website.

After being apprehensive ordering 5 dresses for my bridesmaids online (without knowing the exact colour I was going to be getting as it's always different in person than seeing the colour on the computer) I must say how impressed I am. I absolutely love my dresses, my sister said she feels good in it and the quality is superb.

I'm also impressed with the customer service team as they responded immediately, and were very patient with me when it took ages for my bridesmaids to get back to me over their sizes. They also got in touch after I sent them the sizes saying that the sizes my bridesmaids gave did not look correct so we adjusted them accordingly.

My sister is also getting married next year and she has said she will order her bridesmaid dresses through DIY dress. I would definitely order from this site again.

I am absolutely delighted with everything I have received today, an exquisite wedding dress and several wedding accessories.
Everything fits perfectly and is to my size specification.

I was so worried waiting for this dress and praying it would be everything I hoped it would be and I cried with joy when I put it on and saw how beautiful it was.
I can't thank you enough for giving me the best Christmas Present I could have wished for. I can now relax and enjoy the festivities knowing I have the dress of my dreams for my wedding day in April.

This is my second purchase from DIYDress. I got a fantastic Bridesmaid dress earlier this year and was delighted then too.

I decided to order a sample book to see what the colours actually look like. I when through the payment and got an email confirmation to advise that the payment has been taken. Also checked on my credit card statement which also came up with the payment go out to them.
I received and email from someone called * in DIY Dress advising that I did not make the payment as it didn't go through and that i have to place the order again in order to get my item. So either my Credit Card Statement and Globebill are laying or DIY Dress are scumming bastards. If they cant even get an order for £24 right i would not trust them with an order for £90+. Avoid this company like the plague.
