Can I ask everyone to AVOID this company at all costs! They are a rip off, deliver poor quality clothing and then when you try to complain about them, they delete you and block you from commenting on their pages! Never ever shop with them! They have shocking customer service and do not care about their customers at all! I've tried to get my cousin's money back for her, as she purchased bridesmaid dresses and they just told her to get someone else to fix it as they were no interested in helping! Awful company!
Kept in touch all the time through live chat as I was really worried after reading negative reviews. I wish I had ignored them and not put myself through the unnecessary worry as the dress is beautifully made and fits perfectly. My daughter looks beautiful in it and I can't wait to see her at her prom.

They are parasitic criminal Chinese manufacturers of low quality counterfeit clothing. They have no base in the UK. The pictures on their website are the original manufacturers models and dresses. They will send you the lowest quality junk you have ever seen and then will refuse to give you refund. After losing (thankfully only) over £85 and getting very frustrated with their "customer service" all I can say is I feel very sorry for you if you have ordered anything from them. You must cancel straight away - they will probably give you some nonsense though. Keep insisting though that you want to cancel your order. Do not believe the good reviews - these criminals have invested a significant amount in writing fake good reviews.
Was desperately searching for a new evening dress this year, many friends are going to get married, prom balls etc. a lot of occasions to attend. I found this page and OMG they have so many gorgeous dresses that I needed 3 days to decide which to choose, I ended up buying 2 stunning evening dresses, one is short and the other one is longer for chill evenings. I didn't even know made to order dresses came at such low prices and I was very satisfied once the parcel arrived! They are amazing!
Caution! Custom made dresses from China are often substandard. Do not get fooled by the images on the website, they are most likely stolen from other sites.

No stars... WARNING... bought a dress for my daughters prom, it awful wrong size colour and shape also really cheap and badly made. Still trying to get my money back I have sent photos to them... They asked if I could take it to a tailor. To get it fixed I I'd and no be ill touch it because it is that bad... my daughter was heartbroken and now I'm in debt having to fork out for another dress... do not buy from these
I ordered my wedding dress off DIY dress, when it arrived it did not suit me one bit, the inbuilt bra was completely misshapen. I contacted DIY for help, I emailed several times, I phoned and left messages, did the on line chat and made three complaints on their site. No satisfaction what so ever, except for one line glib responses from the on line chat service. I wanted a refund for dress that looked awful on me. They give you 7 days to return the dress, but you need to have their permission first!... which you cannot get because the are so hard to contact. Please do not buy, despite favourable reviews you may well be disappointed.
I would like to gather all the bad reviews and seek legal advice. They sent me a dress that didn't even fit an 8 year old... meant to be size 8. They lied about thee material. Saying it was stretchy. Before i ordered I took photographic evidence of them saying if my dress arrived and was the wrong size I could return and have a full refund. They offered me £8 out of £100. It is illegal what they have done
Items received were ok with a nice chian gift, thanks. Shoes with £15.99 were pretty awesome! Customer service was good dealing with my question. Just had waited a little long, probably will buy again.
I have only good things to say about this company. I am a retailer and the quality is very good especially for the price. If you are specific with your order and keep in touch re your expectations there isn't a problem. I wouldn't re order if I had not been happy with them.
Wedding Dress fit perfectly to my measurements and was delivered on time. Quality is outstanding - if you are wanting a custom made dress with a massive number to choose from then I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses then found websites with horrendous reviews. Panicked was not the word! I emailed diy asking them to hurry up delivery which they kindly did and communication was good. They have arrived and will need a slight alteration on the bust but material, design, quality is perfect! I would recommend sending exact measurements to them.
MY dress has arrived today and i love it. It is beautiful and fits me perfectly. Technical support on the live chat have been fantastic through out the process. Nothing has been to much trouble. I did worry about colours after reading some reviews but there was no need at all it is just the same. Would definately use again. Many thanks to diydress. :)
Absolutely in love with my dress! It's even more beautiful than I had imagined! They did a good job! The detail was much better than I expected. Their response was timely so you can trust them. The customer service is a lovely person work with :). I am so pleased with it and can't wait to wear it on our big day.
After being apprehensive ordering 5 dresses for my bridesmaids online (without knowing the exact colour I was going to be getting as it's always different in person than seeing the colour on the computer) I must say how impressed I am. I absolutely love my dresses, my sister said she feels good in it and the quality is superb.
I'm also impressed with the customer service team as they responded immediately, and were very patient with me when it took ages for my bridesmaids to get back to me over their sizes. They also got in touch after I sent them the sizes saying that the sizes my bridesmaids gave did not look correct so we adjusted them accordingly.
My sister is also getting married next year and she has said she will order her bridesmaid dresses through DIY dress. I would definitely order from this site again.

I can only say that besides my near heart-attack feeling after seeing all the negative reviews like on this page, I was more than satisfied with my purchase from this site, the prom dress I've purchased came four days earlier as expected, it looks stunning, it is very well made, fits like a glove and I can't wait for the prom! The £145 I paid for the dress, custom measuring and shipping were totally worth it!
To order first time with Diydress, was very easy and helpful, my questions regarding my beautiful dress ( Exquisite sheath full sleeve high-neck beaded zipper back trailing prom dress) which I wanted without the trailing, were answered quickly and prompt by there friendly staff. On there Diydress website. Also they made sure, that my measurements for the dress, which I send to them, where correct and accurate. So that I felt I am with an excellent customer Service Team.
Also I received information e-mails, regarding Tracking Number and website, so that I was informed all the time.
My dress arrived today and on time. It looks stunning and as I ordered it. I defiantly will order again.

Hi I just wanted to thank diydress so much for the dresses, they are wonderful and fit perfectly, really good job! I love them! The colours are so nice and actually on whole better than what i expected. We just had some problems at the customs when we went to pick them but otherwise everything went so smooth, plus the customer service was so helpful :) Since the event is in two months I will send some photos later. I was really impressed with their good service and quick responds. I ordered a dress for my daughter's school prom from them 3 weeks ago and chose delivery time 25 working days. But the dress came earlier than expected and it was a great success! It's very beautiful and looks lovely on my daughter, just the same as the picture shows on their website.
