The website is vague abd full of hidden fees. They won't allow you to pay with credit and make you pay with debit so that it's harder to get your money back from your bank. 100% scam, fraud and extortion. The average unlock, from them, is over $200. They made me pay $28.99, $50, then tried to make me pay $193. It's not worth it.

My phone does indeed prompt for an unlock code. I was Charged 20 some odd dollars to see if they could unlock, it passed, then paid 70 for unlock codes. Lock codes did not work, of course I'm told it may be because it's not prompting for an unlock code (it is asking for an unlock code) then it's the software is out of date (its not, phone is factory reset and updated to latest Android os via samsung. Then it's imei, (imei is right), then it's I may be not putting in the digits right (I am, checked them 9 times) then it's "for an additional fee, we can remote unlock it via usb" so you want to remote access into my computer into my phone via adb? I'm already in adb. I've emailed support pictures and videos of the error 1 code, 0 stars. I'm sorry. Out about 100$ still network locked. Tracfone requires 2 16 digit codes, they are sending me 8 digit codes. I did this review, still no 10 dollar credit. Requesting a full refund.
I have 18 screenshots and an email to demonstrate the entirety of their marketing is fraudulent and deceptive. The use a 2-step process, the first one costs $26 to ascertain whether your phone is eligible to be unlocked, and the second one is $64 for a 'remote' unlock that's supposed to be either instantaneous or within 24 hours. After 4 and a half days of complaining, they sent me 4 codes, instructing me to not only input the codes (i.e., not a remote unlock), but they asked me to take a video of me entering the codes, something they never mentioned prior to me paying the $64. They charged me $26 to determine my phone was eligible for unlock, and they use AT&T's logo on their website, and I told them that AT&T refused to let tje phone be unlocked until I had 6 months service on it, but they rebutted me by saying I was required to provide a video ofbthe steps I took tonperform my so-called 'remote' IMEI unlock on my phone 'instantaneously.' It was a waste of 6 days of my time and nearly $100.
