Uh paid the the £13 which was said to unlock my iPhone 13, then 10 minutes later received an email saying I need to pay an additional £26 for it to be unlocked, which I had to pay otherwise I'd lose the initial £13 u had already paid

This company is the biggest scam ignore all them fake reviews you'll wait 7 days to get a letter saying they can't unlock it and you'll only get $80 in credit they won't even give you a refund after lying about their services not to mention they charge you $30 then $50 after you pay the $30 so if you decide to cancel you just got scammed out of $30 this company should be shut down and every single employee should be sued down to their last penny.

Their page says that you only have to pay 28$ to unlock your phone, but after this step they confirm that your phone can be unlocked and want you to pay another 50$. This is not correct.
I then contacted them asking for a refund and they said I was not entitled to a refund.

I needlessly ended up paying £37.99 to get my iPhone unlocked only to later find I didn't need to. It turns out that all iPhones on the EE network are unlocked as standard, a fact I suspect this company know full well!
This company claiming to unlock a phone which is already unlocked is deceptive and borders criminal behaviour.
If you have an iPhone on EE, do not fall for this con. Your phone handset is already unlocked and can take any SIM card for UK networks.

I payed for the service and I'm a few days I had my unlock code and my device was unlocked after I entered both codes. Service was fast and a lil expensive especially for such a cheap service.
