They did indeed unlock my P20 Pro but it was a little bit of a battle to get them to give me the unlock code without trying to charge me for their premium service. After 3 weeks on with back and forth support messages I did finally receive my unlock code but only once I'd threatened to do a charge back.

Experience was better than expected. The initial process was to first screen phone for eligibility before having to pay full price. Once cleared, the unlocking process took less than 24hrs and was able to use my phone with another carrier service.

When I first visited their page, they promised to send me the unlocking code for a phone that I had recently bought. I paid the price that they asked me for (US$28.99), and a couple of minutes later, they told me that is was only for verification. That after that payment, I had to send another $50 for send me the real code.
That's is illegal. They didn't tell me in advance that it was a 2 step process.
If I have been told that the total process would be completed after 2 payments for a total of $78, I would've made another decision.
But they intentionally hid the truth in order to get my money.
I asked my money back and they told me that it was not refundable.
It is a scam. Beware. Do not fall in this trap.
NOWHERE ON THEIR PAGE DO THEY SAY THAT YOU HAVE TO MAKE 2 PAYMENTS. AND THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT IT'S WITHIN THEIR POLICY, BUT THEY NEVER CLARIFY IT FROM THE BEGINNING. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL STEAL IT FROM YOU.
THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THEY MANIPULATE THOSE REVIEWS.
THEY EVEN RESPOND NEGATIVE REVIEWS IN ORDER TO SEEM TRUSTWORTHY, BUT IN REALITY THEY ARE ROBBERS.
