If I went to the store I could get it unlocked right there for almost free if not free. Two transaction to unlock a phone and took 3 days to get it done. Terrible experience feels like a scam. Even the transactions didn't go through first time and got charged more than once.just got fixed after 3 days later. Overall go to the store and pay for a quick service and it's much cheaper. 20$ store vs 100$ online

I paid the initial fee, and the phone passed, it was able to be unlocked. The second charge all those seemingly suspicious at first makes a lot of sense. They don't charge you the whole fee until they know they can do the job for you. The fast honest and straight to the point, if you need your phone unlocked they will do you right

My request is not complete yet. It's been 2 months and still not complete. I think I have been scamed.

They will provide live support with the help of ChatGPT integration. I was completely fooled for 2 months, until I got to know at last.

It's completely a scam. Don't take their services and don't waste your hard earned money.

They will hide negative reviews on their official website to coverup these kind of things

I just want to start out by saying that I was in a tough situation and i got recommended by a friend to try this site and it was the best decision ever they are really fast to unlock your phone and convenient to use relatively cheap and convenient they unlock I phones and android devices as long as you have your imei number. The first time I tried Direct Unlocks, I was advised I needed to pay down my balance to ATT. I did. Direct unlocks did not charge me any additional fees. My phone was unlocked in a few days.

Direct Unlocks attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
