I have used this service to unlock several iPhones, over the last years. Some were hard-locked, but I would say about 90% of all were unlocked successfully. Sometimes to remove the SIM-lock takes some days longer, but no problem at all. If any device cannot be unlocked, your paid money will be refund, quickly.
