I was pleased to say that despite my misgivings I did use this company to unlock my iPhone. Initially the 11.99 went out and the checks were done. I was then requested to pay ÂŁ26.99 for the actual unlock. I was unsure of this and was thinking if it was a scam. I raised a support ticket and an explanation given. 20mins after paying my phone was unlocked and feee to use.

The preauthorization was practically instant and the unlock only took about 3 days, and was constantly updated via the email sent after paying for the unlock.
