Scam

They ripped me off charged me $28.99 then said they needed $55 more then $100 more. They refused to give me my money back and my phone is still not unlocked. Do not use this company!

Impeccable customer service

I needed to unlock my phone, I checked the Internet and their site was the first to pop up. I messaged them and the response was prompt. They supported me throughout the process until my phone was unlocked. I think the price is quite high (I don't know how others charge though) but overall their service was impeccable 👌

I had an old phone from work. I paid for it and it was given to me by my job. My daughter's phone broke and she wanted to use my old iPhone 7. I could not remember my information to unlock it from our old service provider. I even to it to the cell phone store and they said there is nothing that could be done. Then I found direct unlocks. I was skeptical at first but after payment my phone was unlocked in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend

Unlocked my s22 no problem

I needed my phone unlocked from at&t, I tried through them but they were giving me the run around. I started searching the web on how to get my phone unlocked and came across this website. After paying I got my phone unlocked faster than what they estimated and it was quick and easy. The couple of questions I had during the process got answered in a timely manner by a real person. It Actually Works!

I was pretty skeptical at first, but -- in the end -- I was proven wrong. I didn't like the way the pricing was advertised (and removed a star because of it). No, you cannot get your device unlocked for$28.99 -- that's just to see if your device is eligible to be unlocked. The real cost of the unlocking is additional to that. Still, with the high cost of phones these days (even used ones), the price I paid to unlock a phone was still a bargain by comparison. I'm just amazed it actually worked, and yes, I would use them again, if the need arose.

I can see that you’ve made the necessary payments for the Eligibility Check (£11.99) and the Standard Unlock (£26). Given that you've indicated the code "12535131" does not work, and there has been no response from the web chat, it’s possible that your HUAWEI B528s-23a might require a Remote USB Unlock. Some Vodafone UK devices need this additional step to complete the unlocking process.

As your order status is "Reported as Not Unlocked, waiting customer feedback," we need your feedback to proceed further. If your phone doesn’t prompt for an unlocking code, we recommend opting for the Remote USB Unlock to resolve this issue. This is common for certain devices that don't accept codes. Here’s an excerpt from our refund policy that explains this:

> “Remote USB Unlock: Refund is given if the service is incompatible or doesn't work. Remote USB Unlocks are only relevant to Samsung, Motorola, LG and Huawei phones.”

IPhone 15 Pro Max failed. And I gave it away, another phone, iPhone 14 Pro Max, so it happened, although they withdrew money and sent text messages to make it work. Unlocked, but it didn't work, ended up making another phone that wasn't needed 14 Pro Max It was unlocked, sort of

Absolutely amazing experience

I did not have my hopes up for them to unlock my phone. I seen a lot of good reviews, but you cant trust any of that these days. I paid for the service and cross my fingers. It said it would take 19 days and my heart dropped. I was so nervous. But the next day i checked my email and there was a email with the unlock codes. I was so excited and tried the codes and unlocked my phone. Awesome experience
