I was trying to figure out how to "unlock" this Iphone on my own. Not likely! Anyway, found this site and looked at many reviews. I was a bit skeptical at first but decided let's try it. And guess what? They operte just as they say, quickly and proficiently.
There was a less than 5 minute wait and process through the entire process. My advice for everyone: Why risk using a "stranger" or "friend of a friend" that says they will unlock your phone for $100 dollars when you can use a legitimate site that performs quickly and efficiently. No long wait or handing your phone over to someone else.
I was able to quickly insert my sim card from another provider and immediately use the phone on the new network. Thanks a bunch!

Received email stating my phone "qualified" under their service. They then charged an additional $50 unlock fee. When the phone could not be unlocked, there was no refund available. THIS IS a scam OPERATION. I REPORTED THEM TO FTC AND BBB. Other potential customers are advised to read all reviews carefully before considering this service.

I noticed that your order status is "Device doesn't prompt for unlock code." According to our refund policy, if an Android phone doesn't prompt for an unlock code, a refund is not applicable. Instead, you should consider using our Remote USB unlock service, which might be compatible with your modem. As per our policy:
> "If your handset doesn't ask for an unlock code prior to payment, then we will not be able to unlock the device but still incur submission costs and you will instead have to use a Remote USB unlock at additional cost."
You also mentioned that you were issued a credit note. You can use this credit note towards the cost of a Remote USB unlock. This could resolve the issue you're facing and get your modem unlocked.
