I'm super skeptical about remote unlocks, but these guys actually looked credible and my research gave me just enough confidence to go for it. Boy was I happy I did. Ease of use, constant updates, on point promise times, I mean, take your pick because all are true. An all-round excellent experience and service. Me and my iPhone 15 Pro Max thank you. Cheers!

In just about 10 minutes, my iPhone was unlocked! I paid $28 and received an email stating that my phone was unlocked. However, I was then asked to make a second payment of $54. I reached out to ask why this additional payment was necessary, and they replied, "I've checked your account and can see your order status is marked as 'Unlock Complete,' so no further payment is needed. Let me know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else I can help with!" Now, I'm requesting a refund for the $54, but they won't give it back to me. I will be writing a review on Trustpilot about this experience.

Paid $25 to make sure phone was legit already knew it was. Then another $54 to get fake unlock codes and get lied to about the getting my money back. They sent an email after the fact saying I agreed to using codes. No I didn't scum bags. Already filed with BBB and other business bureau sites. Do not use this fake site at all. Please they are useless and NPC style idiots. Not to mention how they have bots do tons of fake reviews for them. I learned the hard way filed a stop payment with my bank today showed them all the proof of how these scum function.

First they charge $25 which that turned out to just be for checking phone eligibility. They came back and asked for $54 more which I mistakenly paid. And THEN they wanted, wait for it…over $500! And they will not refund. The next morning I called my carrier direct and my phone was unlocked for free in 5 mins! I can't believe I fell for it. I hope you won't.

I was in the process of switching carriers & my phone was locked by the previous carrier so that prevented me from being able to activate my phone until I got online & found this site, once your phone is unlocked the directions are super easy! What started as a $ 24.99 service, turned into a good news we can help if you pay the fee of $ 54. Then no service was rendered but we can't refund because that's not our policy. What a rip off! Keep that money, it'll bring you more for the year. SCAM

Payed for the $25 to run the imei and came back clear. So payed the $106 for the unlock codes... Took 3 days for the unlock code a day later than the 48 hours but they stayed in contact everytime I messaged them they would message back... Site is legit and sim unlock code was simple and they also gave directions with the email on how to do it... Definitely recommended and cut out the middle man at any cell phone place who would just pay these companies and uncharged you..

Well after purchasing multiple unlocks from different companies and them just being not true, I was a little skeptical but I purchased it from them and they've been kept in contact and they explaining me the process and you know they came through they unlocked my phone. It was T-Mobile restricted and now it is unlocked to any carrier right now. I currently have it on Verizon. Thank you, direct unlocks...

I would give them -5 stars. They trap you with a two-payment strategy. They advertise that they unlock in a few minutes and charge $28.99, only to realize there is a tiny footprint. This $28.99 is for checking eligibility only; then, you will need to pay an additional $50. And now it is not the end; the waiting time has been expanded to 7 days from a few minutes. If you ask for a refund, they claim that the $28.99 is non-refundable and that the $50 they provided is a voucher, but no refund is available. What a SCAM, STAY AWAY

Oh man, what can I say. The process took a bit longer than i anticipated but they got the job done and i am extremely satisfied with the whole process and i highly recommend the service to anyone who is in need of an unlock. Thank you!
