I did research the company as I have been burned by other companies this company gave good communication, told me what it would cost and gave me the codes Everything perfect!

Good communication and very helpful. Unlocked worked as promised although had to pay the Network as the phone was still in contract.

I paid £20, then had to pay another £20, which isn't mentioned. Then paid £10 for fast track. It took 6 days to receive a code. In this time I sent 2 emails. I waited 48 hours for a reply to my first and never got a reply to my 2nd. Poor communication, price is ridiculous. If I knew there was a 2nd charge I'd have gone to a phone shop which would have been half the price. It doesn't tell you until asking for the 2nd payment that the first is not refundable.

I'm really getting fed up now I started this order on the 26/04/2019. I want my money back so I can use a company that will actually get the job done in the time scale that they promise. The process has taken far to long and it is not acceptable.

Refund the premium service payment back to my card and refund the other payment as a voucher.

Its an absolute rip off - beware the 'small print'.

Basically it's a fraudulent site. Initially they asked for a small fee to sim unlock an iPhone 11. Then, they wanted more, as they said, the initial small fee was for a pre order... Then they said they couldn't not unlock the device bacause it was reported as stolen or in breach of contract, having the audacity to send me a link that, free of charge, that reported accordingly... When I complained, that they could have used the free link to tell me that the phone can't be unlocked and not charge me more than 50 euros, they said, no worries, they can issue me a voucher, when their Premium sim unlock is ready... And presumably charge more. When I demanded a full refund, they said OK, only if I send them the original receipt for the purchase of the iPhone. When I did send them the receipt... Nothing, they no longer respond to my emails for a rufund. Simply put, it's a scam. Beware.

Hello, I want to tell you that these guys directunlocks.uk are the same doctorunlock.net and Appleiphoneunlock and imeiphone.net if you do not believe me check your order on doctorunlock.net and find it. The method is very simple. They promise to decode or delete phones. I include accounts and take your money through the same company nox payment through which you pay and wait for 120 days to pass since you placed the order and then neither bank can help you. Call the bank as soon as you want to recover the money but as soon as possible quickly will thank you

I had ordered unlocking service in july 2019 & till jan 2020 nothing yet.
It was suppose to be 30-45 days process.
Initial 20pounds & later 40 pounds to confirm & finish processing the order.
"Nochex" does not help after staying in touch with them via several emails & at last they said nothing can be done from their side.
They keep saying please wait.
Can somebody take some serious action against this website & shut them down please

Didn't realise that you would be asked to pay twice

I paid for express and my unlock says over due
And their customer service team doesn't respond so they are useless. Warning do not purchase
My phone is still not unlocked

I was not clearly informed of the requirement for an additional payment other than the one I already made to unlock my phone.
I am seeking a full refund for being mislead by Direct Unlocks when purchasing services. I can see from reviews that I am not the first to be mislead.
I have also reported this to Trading standards as the ad breached CAP Code (Edition 12) rules 3.1 and 3.3 (Misleading advertising), 3.7 (Substantiation), 3.17 (Prices), and 3.22 (Prices)

In reality who reads all the small print then when you think you have paid to get the phone unlocked you get hit with a massive charge for it to actually happen. It's a con to get you pay then they want more money off you
