So it's been 2,5 months since I made the payment. Unlock isn't done and I don't get responses to my emails either.

1. Price offered is not what is actually charged. After 24 hours they ask for more money; 2. After you hand out more money an automated timer that adds 1% everyday kicks in and slows the process in a manner that the time frame for a complaint with your bank is no longer available. MOST IMPORTANT 3. They stop responding emails and you DON'T get the phone unlocked. Stay away from it!

I really disappointed with the service. They should clearly tell the customer about the second payment initially. After paying 19.99 dollars, they asked 115 dollars which is too much higher from the previous payment. Now, from their step, I will think more for doing such payment in the future.
They advertise a $19.99 unlock fee and then hit me with another $109.00 fee to finish the unlock. Then it took 20 days of very slow progress to finally tell me that my phone was "blacklisted" by the carrier. Very slow service and deceitful practices to take money from you. They do not offer and refund but instead offered a voucher for the next time I use their service. Which I most definitely will not do.

I just want to ask questions:
1. Publish cheap prices and then ask for extra money at double the price. Nowhere is this read that they are asking for extra money yet.
2. Why are they posting 4.7 good ratings when there is a lot of negative experience against the company which is already rated 3.5, but a lot of negative comments are blocked.
I wanted to encode a Samsung A3 from a Hungarian network. I already paid $ 20 for a code of course I didn't get. Now that I'm wondering when I get the code, I'd like to pay another $ 42, which is done at a telephone shop for $ 25.
I ask everyone to take legal action I do not simply believe that this company can not be sued. Wait for the injured, start a facebook group and start getting your money back.

Shady ordered on the 26th of December and up until now my iPhone has not been unlocked.
I have emailed numerous times however the responses I got are not helpful. They make you pay and run away with your money. Won't even offer fixing the issue or refunding me my money. All I get is that your phone has been unlocked if not I will have to pay more money.
Avoid honestly they just still your money.
Was unable to unlock the phone I bought. I sent a email requesting a refund, as there policy says you can give one if the phone cannot be unlocked. I emailed a couple weeks ago and no response yet. In process of going through a dispute through my credit card on the multiple transactions. I do not want the voucher that you offer as a refund as I will not be using your company anymore
I've had to pay 2 times and now your asking for more money. 3 Separate charges, crazy that is not how you do business. Clear I'm done i feel completely scammed, I will fighting my charges and telling anyone who listens that this website is a scam.
On 2/4/2019 I paid around $30 for the unlock, then about another $35 to expedite the order, and after about 60 days later, around another $65 for premium icloud unlock. Its been almost 1 year since the order and I'm still waiting. There are popups that show up on the website with verified customer unlocks, but in my opinion, I think it is all fake orders to perpetuate the scam. I will post a picture of proof, with the serial # so everyone else can independently verify the order is still open, so nobody else can be taken advantage of. I will update/edit/remove this post if the order ever completes. 11 months has passed to the day 1/4/2020.
It's been over a month and I haven't received any codes or a proper response from them. They charge you twice and then you get nothing.

This company is a SCAMMER! First I tried unlocking an iPhone 6S+ given to my daughter by my cousin, this phone being out of contract already and fully paid. Lo and behold, after paying $29 for unlock I was asked for another $40 to expedite the unlock. Now after pating the said amount they said that my iPhone is either lost/stolen - STUPID JERKS!
Since I was given a coupon for another unlock I tried unlocking my sister's iPhone 7 (verified thru clencheck.me as clean) and which I totally know is without contract already. Surprise, surprise - I received the generic response that this iPhone is also either lost/stolen!

It's been over 16 days since I ordered and still haven't received my unlock code. I asked for a refund several times and their answer was that the order can't be cancelled while it is being unlocked, but once I receive the code, apparently I can get a refund if the time it took was longer than the time frame given under "Terms and Conditions" which I cannot find on their website. I asked for a link to Terms and Conditions and they never provided it to me.

After that anotber email came to pay $80.00.
I did not pay the last time.
Got a voucher code as the refund, which I do not have any use of. I told they can take the voucher for themselves.
Got my iPhone x u locked within 2 hours from another provider for only $30.00.
These guys are pure frauds. STAY AWAY GUYS.

Sent all info to get my iPhone unlock, they told me I was an I cloud lick so needed the premium service they were really quick on reply emails and giving advice, until I paid them. I paid for the service, now it has been over 6 months, written them humorous emails, obviously they cannot do what they were paid for so they just don't answer and completely ignore me now, so paid lots of money for nothing.
I would stay away from this website, they can't do what they advertise, they will tell you what you want to hear.
