Very easy and effective service to unlock your mobile phones
Three months still no unlock, bit generated response from sent emails. Every attempt to contact about unlock, receive same response each time.
Waited a week from the date of my purchase to write them back to follow up. They replied implying that I have to pay a lot more than the $20 that I paid so they can push through with the order.
Totally not worth it. Don't be fooled.
I was asked to pay twice and I didn't get the £3.00 I was promised
This site is just a money scam!
I placed an order. First them ask me to pay 15.99Euro for verify handset, check unlock eligibility, and ensure correct network. Then they checked and confirmed that my phone should be unlocked.and ask me to pay another part of amount 63$. I accept it and paid them 63$ after than which I waited 3 weeks and today I received email from them that my phone can not be unlocked because of Bad ESN but my phones ESN was clean because first of unlock I checked it.
They refuse to refund my money back due to: As we have already prepared your unlock and incurred the unlocking charge, we cannot supply a refund for handsets which are rejected in such circumstances
But when I paid them 15.99 Euro and they confirmed that is that it can be unlocked, it turns out that they just deceived me and appropriated all my money just like that.
They are a scammers. I'm going to find a lawyer and file a complaint against them
I am disappointed! I paid 86,99 GBP for service but my IPhone didn't get any unlock. I didn't receive any service! They got money but they don't give me any service.
Despite my complaint they sent me email:

"Hi Marek, As stated on our terms and conditions you cannot cancel an unlock once it is in progress - https://directunlocks.co.uk/refund-policy.php
However, if the unlock exceeds our cancellation timeframe then we can fully refund you. This timeframe is stated on the terms and conditions.
Even if you did go elsewhere this would mean starting the entire process from the beginning and as you have already been so patient we recommend continuing to wait a little longer!"
I have been waiting from 18th of November and timeframe didn't move any step forward.
I sent 6 emails and nothing...!
Absolutely I don't recommend this company!
I have been waiting since October emailed the customer service email multiple times and haven't Hurd one thing from them but got emails right a way for payment very unsatisfied at the moment
A complete scam which I was victim of. They lure you in with a relatively cheap price. Once you've paid that, they tell you you need a premium service and get you to pay more money for that. Then they told me my phone was listed was reported as lost/stolen with Apple and I'll need to pay more money to get it unlocked. At this point I checked the phone's imei number against several sites that allow you to check to see if the imei is blocked or disabled by Apple and, lo and behold, it wasn't. Now they don't reposed to my requests for a full refund so unless you want to through your money away, avoid this service
I sign up their premium service and promise to unlocked my iphone regardless with status, but seems their advertisement is complety FALSE... how to make refund of my money, pls advice me how to get my money back
https://www.officialiphoneunlock.co.uk/ don't pay anything from this company its a-scam they will take ur money and keep giving excuses and they wont refund you my imei is ************** after i paid for t mobile unlock they asked me to pay for more
When I opted for the service, I was asked to pay $19.99 and after sometime I was asked to pay $46 again and after doing that I was asked to wait while the unlock is done, and few days later I got another email that my device needed premium service which works 100% and I needed to pay 87 pounds more. I paid the amout and waited but after a few days I am getting an email it's not done, this is disgusting service. Plus I haven't recieved my refund. Please don't use their service
First of all the amount you pay at first isn't for the unlock but a preorder? Most of us chose this site because it appeared cheaper. Next they give you a timeline that shouldn't exceed 2 Weeks but i have been waiting for a month now no unlock.
Then you ask for a refund and are told preorders are non refundable.
For lack of a different word it smells like and is
Ordered unlocking service in 2th July 2019 now is 15th November 2019 works not finished!
- First payment was on 17.99 Pounds 1 Jul
- Second payment was 30.00 pounds on 2 Jul

But still no any news from this company, my phone still locked!
On email does not answer, Ignored completely!
I think it is a scam site!
And yes, here is their another other website doctorunlock.net
Be Aware!
After waiting a month, they charged me U$101 (I paid $99 for the phone), just don't waste your money.
Terrible, horrible.
I'm almost 50 days old with my phone locked. You pay for a service that is not met. They provide you with fast track which is a faster service. Does not work. Misleading advertising. Guys don't waste your money on this site
SCAM SITE!

We understand that they have incurred delays, but we dont want to leave our customers in the dark
I can assure you that we will all pull together to get all unlocks completed as soon as possible
Thank you for your patience

AppleiPhoneUnlock Sales

Total SCAM site.
I paid initially for a check to be done on my handset. Direct Unlocks returned to me with good news the handset can be unlocked, for a further fee. I did go ahead with the second payment. They then returned to me a week later with an update that unfortunately they could not unlock my handset. Instead of a refund, they offer me credit which is useless to me. If I wanted a refund I had to prove the handset was not in contract or blacklisted, which it wasn't. They conveniently offer a link to a site to perform a free check. What do you know my phone was blacklisted. (It absolutely isn't) I bought the phone prepay and it was sealed in a box direct from Vodafone. I paid an independent provider to carry out a health check on my handset, what do you know 100% clean. (1) It's clear they have affiliates with the health check site they gave me a link to, also note this related site has just as terrible a reputation. (2) They were paid a fee to check if the phone was eligible to unlock. Why say it can be unlocked then not fulfill the deal, then not offer a refund. I will tell you why these guys are 100% untrustworthy. Do NOT do business with these guys. I took a chance out of desperation do please learn from my mistakes. You will only lose your money!
Lost hope... this is a scam. LOST 150 USD TO THEM.
Waited for nearly 3 months. Tried two different iphones (Xr ans Xs). NO RESULTS. For each phone they told me it could not be unlocked and I could not get a refund, although I verified the phones before submitting on their suggeted websites (swappa). Now they do not reply to refund requests. AVOID UNLESS YOU GOT MONEY TO SPARE!
Exchanged some messages with "Luke", who stopped replying as soon as things went south. Worst service I've ever experienced.
I have been waiting since April the 10 2019 for my phone to be removed from iCloud data base, sent them a mail they responded it could take up to 90 days if you don't want to wait we will refund you with a another unlock voucher. I am still waiting now 25/09/2019 they will not respond to my E-Mails any more. Do not use this service.
Be careful before u unlock on this site... stay away.
Be careful before u unlock on this site. I did order to unlock my phone. They will charge u 2 times. What they charge you at the beginning they said that's pre-order. Then ask to charge u the second times which is much more. So, the price they listed is not the final price.
I asked for the refund when i see the second charge request, also i know thry wont be able to unlock my phone. They said no(but stated in the previous email if i dont want to continue with the second charge, i could request a refund.)
I ended up disputing the money with my bank.
I would recommend to avoid this site to not losing your money for nothing.
