How much does it cost to unlock an iphone (sim lock)? £30 the max. Even local IT shops charge £25-£30 max.
This company wants £50. The scam is they advertise that they will unlock your phone for £24.99 and the following day you get an emailing asking you to pay an additional 24.99.
I even explained that the phone was donated to use for COVID 19. But Luke was not having it he said" You must make the final payment in order for us to unlock your device"

Guys i will be using DoctorSim from now on.

I wish I could say it was quick, but took longer than expected

I requested a iPhone 6s locked to straight talk to be unlocked. Paid $28 for the first payment then $87 for the second. Was stated that it would take 1-7 business days for it to be unlocked. It had been more then 15 days now. According to the policy of it has been more then 14 days that I can get a full refund but the agent always emails me back saying to wait a little longer. How much longer do I have to be waiting? Wasted my money on something that didn't even work. Phone was going to be for my brother.

Over £50 was quite a lot to unlock a phone, it seemed initially we had to pay £23 which was acceptable and then a further £32 was to paid to finalise the unlock and then that took nearly a week to complete!

Every review that you read that is positive about Direct Unlocks is a lie. Do some research on YouTube, Google and everywhere else you can think of. I promise you that they cannot unlock a locked iPhone. If you can't unlock it, they can't unlock it. I am referring to SIM locked iPhones. They took my money, failed to communicate, then refused to refund my money. SIM locked iPhones can ONLY be unlocked by the company who activated it. There are zero exceptions to a legal, permanent SIM unlock. Please do not give them your $.
Again, if you have a SIM locked iPhone, Direct Unlocks CANNOT unlock it for ANY PRICE.

Good service but it costed me almost 80£+ to get my iPhone7 unlocked... that's almost the price of a brand new phone. Also, you don't know how much you need to pay up-front which is very annoying... so overall I have mixed feelings

I paid for sim check then they asked for more money to complete $28.00. Then they asked for more money with a guarantee that they wouldn't ask for more $48.00. Now today I go to check on the unlock and they say my order has been canceled because the cost has gone up. Now they want another $77.00! Complete scam made a complaint with the Attorney General of my state. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM THEY KEEP ASKING FOR MONEY WITH GUARANTEE THAT THEY WONT ASK FOR MORE! Complete BULLS**T.

They charged me initially $28 then $40 for the further process. Finally they offered me premium service worth around $90 and I had to pay.

I had placed order on 18th Feb 2020. Today already 60 days passed and as per their order tracking section process time is over, it shows 100% completed. Unfortunately unlock is not done and No response from luke.

I hope, I will get full refund.

There are 2 charges people! It looks several days not hours!

Easy to use, quick on delivery, the price was a little much but delivered on what I need so cant grumble thank you.

You think you will be pay £20, placed the order and thay ask you to pay another £20, so not cheap, but part that everything like they said, on time and phone unlocked, happy

Took 12 days to unlock phone even after paying priority fee. Cost approx £60. Took couple of days to reply to any emails

They have hidden charges. I ordered an unlock code for an iPhone 7 and paid $28. I then received an email that they had my unlock code but needed to pay another $35, I paid this second charge and then received a futher email saying I needed to pay a 3rd charge for their "Premium Service". I asked for a refund and they told me I wasn't entitled to one under their terms and conditions which again you NEVER see until you have paid them. I have repeatedly emailed them for a refund and have been ignored. All communication ceases once they get your money,

100% for your wonderful service to unlock an old phone to give to a family member who sadly had a stroke on the morning of lock down and remains in hospital without visits. To say I am ignorant I'm matters of tech would be an understatement. So THANKYOU x
