I was quite happy with the price of £19.99 plus VAT, was disappointed half way through to be charged a further £24.99 to complete the process, then after a further day to be advised that a further £9.99 would get me near the top of the queue. The whole experience took nearly a week!

I bought an icloud ilock, it failed because they claimed the phone I had was a difficult case because it was reported as lost, they didn't reimburse me and never mentioned that some cases may not work. I have accepted that reality, but then they marketed a premium service that unlocks all icloud unlocked phone whatever the circumstance is, including phones marked as lost. I bought that "premium" service in January 2019. YES: 2019. So I have paid this company 100GBP in total. They promised for the phone to be unlocked in a maximum time of 90 days. It has been a year and a half now, and the phone is still locked, the phone has lost all value it had, they answer one over 5 emails I send, and they do not accept to reimburse me what I have paid for a service they have failed to provide as promised.
Totally unacceptable.

From start to finish the unlock process only too 3 business days. Would recommend.

I paid $20 at first to have my phone unlocked, and as many people have mentioned there is an extra $40 fee. I paid this and was fine with it and i received an email saying the unlock would finish in 1-30 days. It has now been over 90 days and i have still not gotten my phone unlocked. It is extremely frustrating and i have emailed the company several times. Some of my favorite emails they completely ignored and others were given the exact same automated response. This company is a scam and has awful customer service. Do your self a favor and try another company.

Took a while and I missed the hidden cost, I was not well documented that I would of had to make a second payment if I would have known I might not have continued with the order

Comprehensive set of codes, allowed me to unlock my phone fairly quickly (despite confusing instructions from Samsung and my service provider).

I was not clearly informed of the requirement for an additional payment other than the one I already made to unlock my phone.

Then they said:

Overdue - this unlock is taking a little longer than normal, we are chasing this IMEI for you and have prioritised it. We will email you and update your status accordingly when it is unlocked.~

After:

Hi, Unfortunately as per our terms and conditions, handsets which do not meet the unlocking criteria are ineligible for a card refund. You have been refunded with a credit note to use against the premium service when it returns, or alternatively you can use it for a friend or family member who needs to unlock a different handset.
However, if you can send proof the device is not lost/stolen e.g. the original invoice from Apple or your carrier, either electronic or physical then we can get our money back from the supplier and refund you.

This is a android phone, not apple...

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They are just SCAMMERS!

Order took longer than expected ultimately ended up being just over 24 hours. Phone was unlocked successfully with the first code. I didn't like the fact that it was a two-step and to pay process which was written in very fine print. After making the first payment you're kind of on the hook to make the second if you don't want to get ripped off for the first.
