Well, it's been 28 days since I paid the initial fee and all I've gotten was an excuse as to why they 'can't unlock my phone'. I understand that sometimes there may be an issue with a carrier but taking the initial fee under the pretence that that was all I'd have to pay, is shady business. I've seen them flag other peoples reviews on many sites, so I won't be shocked if mine is, as well. I'll be requesting a refund in 2 days.
They advertise $28, and charged $70 for Apple Watch Unlock
They advertise $28, and there is no disclaimer or notification that there will be another charge. Then after you pay the $28 it says the process has begun. IF you do not go to "tracking" to check the progress, you would not know that the process will not complete until you pay more than the $28 already taken. For me it was $42 more, $70 it cost not $28 as advertised! I feel cheated, I would not have paid $70 when there are cheaper companies, but since you already paid how much frustration would it be to try and get a refund? So, I assume most people just pay it. I don't even know if it works yet. But, so far this constitutes a SCAM in my opinion.
If they are a legit and a good company then why aren't they transparent?
Complete scam. The webpage confirmed the order for $28, but a day later they come back a day later and say a further payment of $84 is required. By then it is too late (according to their conditions) to get a refund.
They did not unlock my phone, they asked me to pay more and i paid and then they asked for a third time.
I wanted a refund, and they have ignored me. Almost a year has gone my phone is not unlocked and no refund after I have paid twice.
After costing me about $100 usd, they never done what they promised in 3 different orders
1. Icloud unlcok
2. Network unlock ( after the initial payment and checks, they confirmed the unlcok is ready but the carrier need additional money to cover the potential lost and I paid that and waited 3 days and they said the just wait, the unlcok is under way
Finally they said the phone is blacklisted although after the check process before it showed the phone is clean
3. Network unlock is ready and again require additional payment and will take 24-72 hrs and the waiting period is four days which would be 7 or more duo to the Corona!
They are thieves and any network unlock done is through the carrier only and not through unlock servers as they claimed
Im wondered how they steal innocent customer money for nothing without punishment
I paid 30$ initially, and they asked for an additional 30$. Just to tell me that my iphone cannot be unlocked and that i have no right to refund!
I took a mob from Ma friend & IPhone10 and get forgot the pass & email of the iCloud. So i contacted them then payed the money 28$.
The Ma friend remembered the password & email. So I contacted them to have my money back and stop the process.
They answered the 2nd day & said take a note of 19$ so u can use it in the future in any mob u want. I said I want my 28$ back and I'm individual user and don't usually use this service. They didn't replay back & I sent reminder they don't replay and no refund.
Been waiting Over 2 years to get my device unlocked. May 26 2018 when I submitted my order. Today, 5 August 2020 it was saying two hours left and now I just checked and back to 4 hours left. What a joke. Can't get. A refund can't get my device unlocked. Bunch of garbage. Don't waste your money or time. There is no guarantee or real time frame of getting your device unlocked. Buyer beware!
Went on there website and it advised it was a total of £23.99 to unlock an iPhone so on 02.
Received an email it would take up to 24 hours to process and then would be unlock.
Just received second email to say it is now ready to unlock, but now need to pay a further £29.99 to unlock it loud.
I have emailed demanding a refund under the distance relation sellers act as they have mislead and miss sold the product to me. Failing that I will be doing a charge back with my bank
First time paid $28, did not notice that this is just pre-order, only to help check whether the IMEI can be unlocked. Once they said your IMEI is available for unlock, they ask to pay $76 again for the official IMEI unlock. Ok... paid another $76, waited for more than 4 months till now and it is still not unlocked yet. Written email to them many times, completely useless! Never follow up at all! Don't trust this website, is a scam!
Total SCAM. Hidden charges which is in the tiniest print and you only become aware of once they tell you your code is ready. Refused to release my code unless I paid a further £27.00. DO NOT USE! Luke was unhelpful and arrogant dealing with my complaint
Totally fraud and scam, don't trust them i have used 2 times this service but i was wrong. They don't refund your money even once you submit the payment they want more money. I recommend to everyone stay away from this scamming website. Only look legit websites
Require an ill advertised 2nd fee to actually perform an unlock! In my case the unlock was advertised as within 1-24hrs. I paid the £19.99 (plus VAT) then was given another bill shortly after for £230 to complete the unlock. My advice is to research this company before purchasing. I would avoid.
I'm waiting for 100 days now for the unlock I payed 3 times. Mr. Luke from the site doesn't really answer properly, being redundant and unfocused on his answers, like you except from a untrustworthy service.
I'd really like a refund since losing all that money I spent is really sad. I hope I learn from this.
Paid $28.00 to unlock my iPhone. They never mentioned any other payments. 2 hours later (after my payment is cleared) they asked me to pay another $273.00 as a final payment. They said $28 is for pre-order eligibility checks.
This is a very professional scam. They are very good at fraud, and eat you piece by piece. Professionally designed fraud company. Please be aware!
I purchased the unlock service and these people just disappeared from the map! BEWARE, this site will steal your money!
DirectUnlock the real scammers in cell unlock service are dedicated to offering services which they do not have. They scammed me a service and now they even ask me for personal documents so they can return my money which pays for a service I never received... don't be scammed they are scammers
Days into the supposed unlock process I sent an email questioning why it was taking so long when their website advertises that it only takes hours. Their response? It usually takes weeks and no you can't have a refund. They are blatantly guilty of false advertising and running a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CRIMINALS!
