I initiated an unlock order on January 1, and was disappointed when they then required another $100. But paid and hoped for quick service. Their site says unlocks only take a few days at most. They gave a tracker which shows percentage, and mine was shown at 95% almost immediately, but then never finished. Weeks and months passed, and emailed them several times, only to be told to wait a little longer. You can fast track the service for another $15 bucks, so out of desperation I tried that. Still nothing. It has been three and a half months and my phone still has not been unlocked. Maybe Covid has something to do with a minimal delay, but this is absolutely ridiculous!

Code took 5 days to be delivered which was very disappointing and by the end it cost all most £50. NOT HAPPY AT ALL... the code worked 100% happy with that part at least.

The service I received for unlocking my iPhone 6 was great

Its been 3 months and they have not unlocked my phone. I email them and they dont even answer my emails. I would never ever use them again. They wont refund my money or even talk to me about the matter. If you cant unlock my phone just send a refund and i am eligible for refund. Please please please people dont use them. Specially if they tell we need more money to unlock you phone after u pay 26 dollars they tell you to pay 120 more for final unlock step.

So, I had looked up the reviews for unlocking an iPhone and direct unlock was highly recommended but in my experience it's not. First of all, there's a non-refundable deposit which wasn't stated anywhere! All it's say is that if they aren't able to do the certain unlock that it'll require a different unlock. In my case, it was a simple sim unlock. I feel scammed, in order for them to continue they say that another payment is needed! Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Don't trust these cowboys especially Luke, they will charge you £23 after you have paid that they will then ask you for more money. After a week they will tell you unlock overdue and refuse to refund your money. Its s complete scam. I have today reported them.to trading standards and waychdog
They checks they claim to do its all a sham. I am filing multiple complaints against them. You took £53 from so simply unlock.or refund. SCAMMERS

It was a very good service unlocked my Samsung Galaxy S10 5G with no problems. Very fast delivery and quick service.

Pure scam, dint EVEN consider placing an order, they will take your money, or even ask for more money after a few days, in my case it was a week. They said that will be no additional cost for phone that is still under contact, but imagine, they ask for additional 110 dollars, and if you don't pay, they will not refund initial cost of 28 dollars. I was naive, they took my 10% salary (yeah salary in my country is around 350 dollars) and now they will not refund, and even asking for additional payment. I hate scammers like that, ill try to report that to uk authorities, but after detailed search in site they said that i accepted that they will not refund anything. Be warned guys, this site is pure textbook scam!

Es una total farsa. Luego de realizar el primer pago informan que se deben pagar 42uSd si no se tiene la factura de compra o contacto con el dueño anterior. En el proceso de compra anterior nunca se menciona esto, pero al enviar un mail dicen que si, lo que es falso, y por eso no devuelven el dinero. Al ser ésto una mentira, estoy juntando personas que tengan el mismo problema y realizar una denuncia por no cumplir con Derecho al consumidor.

It is a total farce. After making the first payment, they report that I be paid 42uSd if do not have the purchase invoice or contact the previous owner. In the previous purchase process this is never mentioned, but when sending an email they say yes, which is false, and therefore they do not return the money. As this is a lie, I am gathering people who have the same problem and make a complaint for not complying with consumer Rights.

Unlocked my Samsung S9 after 17 hours. Didn't respond to my emails so had to visit a phone unlocking shop

Very disappointed it took over two weeks to unlock and then I had to contact Virgin Mobile to get my number reinstated. Over £100 is too much for the poor service provided.

I recently required a FRP unlock on my phone. Searching for Android FRP Unlock matched with https://tracking.directunlocks.com/lock-protection.php which does not make this clear.

Waste of money.

As stated on their follow for final payment "We cannot refund pre-orders due to the cost of providing the service, as stated on our homepage. However, if no further payment is made by yourself we will not proceed with the unlocking and no more payment will be due."

They may do this intentionally or they may have just made a mistake with failing to ensure thier website is truthful. Either way some place to avoid.

The codes really work and unlock your phone. It is a great price too. It was the cheapest compared to other companies.

It does work just they don't tell you there's a double payment required making it over £50 with I think is a rip off but you either pay both or lose some if not all of your money
