I placed my order on 01/31/2020, a few days later it said overdue and they sent me an email saying it would need the premium unlock because it was not eligible due contract. I was already aware of that because the carrier refused to unlock it, they didn't even let me pay them to unlock it. I paid for the service through direct unlock because there was no other way. Not once on their website did they mention "premium unlock". I'm fine with all of that. My problem is that on 2/3/2020 the email update that told me about the premium unlock says "we do not have a time frame". How do you not have a time frame?! I paid for the fastTrack service but this is just so sad. They gave me a "credit" to go toward another phone (I don't own another one) or to wait for the premium unlock but so far no updates from them. I only received 1 email reply when I asked what it meant it was overdue and it was a short reply. Then they haven't replied to me at all. BTW, today is March 7,2020 and the date on the pictures is 03/02/2020 but that is because they put the day first as in dd/mm/year.
I really wanted to believe in them. But I am saddened and disappointed.

I ordered an unlock for an iPhone 11 locked to Verizon on this website, initially I was told, it will cost $19.99. I made the payment then they asked for $69 more dollar which I paid.
They claim the first payment was a pre-order and can't be refunded if second payment is not made. They don't mention anywhere during the initial payment that a second payment will be required.
I was told, It could take up to 5 business days, but now here I am, it has been more than a month and my unlock is still shower overdue.
I emailed them several time about my order and they won't help.
I won't recommend this website to anyone.

Having paid for the unlocking and it being very slow, I paid the extra to speed it up. Unfortunately this didn't happen and it took almost 10 days in total for the phone to be unlocked- slower than expected.

Its been 10 days ive still not received my order for my iphone xs max, after sending so many emails to direct unlock but with no response i am extremely disappointed and will report it to the consumer fraud agency and will take this matter to consumer court and sue direct unlocks.

It was really easy to do, it's just the price, I didn't notice there was an extra charge to the original price I paid and this was pointed out by email by one of your workers but having already paid I thought I couldn't have used somewhere else to get it done because you'd already started it. In all great service, just the overall cost is way more than I could afford but I had to I guess. If price was better I'd happily give 5 stars and massively recommend.

Paid $28 and got an email saying it was being worked on. Then got another email charging more which isn't stated anywhere on the website. Then was told no refunds because that money goes towards checking the imei number and some other ridiculousness which I did on my own. It's definitely a scam.
Paid them two times, after 5 days they still cannot unlock it. They said they would offer a full refund, I emailed them my receipt showing the payment of the phone. No response from them. Avoid.
This service is real shady, I put in an unlock on a device given to me by my brother, he broke contract with carrier, I put in to get unlock and paid estimated $28 was then directed to track unlock through link, when I clicked on link, I was hit with another fee of $43 to complete unlocking process, was directed again to click link to track process, only to be hit with a different fee of $14 to get priority (skip the line feature) after all these payments and 10 hours where the process is at 66%
I recieved an email that my device does not follow agreement and that device is stolen/lost and I would not receive refund to card but get a store credit this is unexpectable and very misleading,,, again lost/stolen is not correct the device broke contract,,, I feel that this company is a fraud site, and out to scam customers

I paid there asking fee around £20 to unlock my phone as they promised within 48hours, SIX weeks later my phone is still not unlocked now they have sent me a e/mail wanting a further £32.99 to complete the unlock total cost £50 RIP OFF BEWARE, Also they do not refund your initial payment, RIP OFF, RIP OFF, RIP OFF. Of course Direct Unlocks don't like the truth being told, neither will they do what 99% of all other company do, look after every customer and refund me personally as I have requested, so this is currently their response, (Direct Unlocks reported this review 04.17.2020 10:50 for violating Trustpilot guidelines.) But it is 100% TRUE
