The guy just gave my package to a random kid on the street and put it as delivered on the system! This people are a joke. Then when u claim they just ignore you as much as they just come up with the same apologies without taking any responsibility! If you really appreciate an average to good service DONT USE DHL!
DHL Plan 1. Set up a business where cheating the customer is not done ad hoc or because of incompetence but as a fully incorporated business principle. By cheating the customer in every possible transaction profit can be gained where other businesses cannot find it. All you have to do is carry it through without ever admitting to it. Deny. Deny. Deny. Gaslighting all the cheated customers effectively. Specifically avoid actually delivering to the customers door whenever possible. Cause the maximum inconvenience to these customers so that they become more willing to pick up at locations of DHL's choosing. Even if only 30% comply one of the main costs to DHL will be massively reduced.
I ordered my package over a week ago now, I got express shipping so it would be here faster. It was expected 5 days ago now and I still have not received my package. This was my first time dealing with DHL and it will definitely be my last. I have better experience with UPS and FedEx any day.
Package has sat for longer than it has needed to cross the usa. And before you blame covid, the usa has covid as well. Package from fed ex delivered monday ordered the exact same time, on the same order in fact. Auto parts needed to keep head above water while out of work. If your in the same place and need whatever you ordered pay extra to NOT have dhl handle it. Been in calgary for 2 days and hasnt moved an inch!
They lost my package with legal personal documents they don't want to be held responsible they say customs has them and call customs and he's already released
I shipped a bottle of cologne from england to canada from a brand name company. They would not ship the package out of England because my husbands name came up on a terrorist list - very common muslim name. And requested an image of my passport to prove that He wasn't trying to let a cologne leave the country for what reason I still don't understand.
Just don't use them seriously! They charge you exhorbitant prices then when the package is actually delivered (forever after) they want you to pay some more ''fees''. Ended up being almost half the price of my actual purchases seriously wtf? Will never order from a company that uses them.
DO NOT USE IPOSTPARCELS (DHL/UKMAIL). We've had 3 parcels (2 different consignments) of gym weight plates cut open and repackaged with different packaging & labels and over half the plates missing out the parcels, with another parcel of weight plates simply disappear off the face of the earth! After contacting customer service we've been told they can't find them and don't know what happened, so tough luck! We've sent several emails, provided evidence including photos of the parcels before they left our premises, and then on delivery in the different packaging with different labels, but apparently this isn't good enough? They ask the same repeated questions running you in circles to avoid resolving the issue and dealing with the claim. There are no contact phone numbers, just email agents trained to avoid paying out claims. We will NEVER use this service again and would recommend if you value your goods/customers to avoid these con-artists like the plague! They have few payment options to chose from and after trying to get in contact with anyone they only seemed to reply to my very rude email and still had no solutions to help me or offers of surguestion! Really hope this place gets they act in gear and try hiring actual employees with probably solving skills. -to the dumb $#*! they was no help and fiber than a bag of hammers really sad I had to leave such a $#*!y review
The delivery guy did not wear facial mask, gloves or keep social distancing. DHL should give this mandatory order to all their carriers. Let them know it's a way to protect customers and themselves.
Ran bunch of a bunch of donkeys who don't know how to do their job. Delivered to the wrong house. I am in unit 1 of my complex, and it ended up at unit 6. Two very different looking numbers. How exactly do you mess this up? Blind rats. Its a complex of about 10 houses, and the numbers are clearly visible from the road. Thank you to the kind gentleman at unit 6 for contacting me, but to whoever delivered my package, go to hell. Also, customer service was useless. "We will look into it". Yeah my $#*!.
I have been home all day its annoyed me that I am here waiting and at 17:05 the courier said they attempted delivery but I was not home?! 3 of us are here waiting. My parents have been out the front of the house and me in the front bedroom near the porch. No attempt was made so to lie is ridiculous. Atleast say you are sorry you ran out of time. To say I was not home is a lie. That has really made me angry.

I was scheduled to receive a package yesterday, that I eagerly was waiting for and never did it make it to my home. However, DHL sent me an email stating that it was delivered, but never did I receive it.
I got mesaage that is unpaid although I paid it. I clearly specified myaddress but You need to call them to talk to an "advisor" because you can't send a message or update your address yourself... too much of a science, right?
I've called at callcenter when then robot told the tariff is 7GBP per minute of talking I closed fast. But apparently I have no other option to get my ********* item. I specified them to leave it to me (like to a kindergarten kid), who knows their drivers may leave it on the street because they just bring it to your address right? I specified also my postcode again in the "guidance information" although I filled it already in their stupid form because what if they deliver it to Brasil instead...?
Now I have to deal with all kinds of email, messages, searching for phones and robots voices c. Rap. I feel punished and I didn't do anything to anybody. Just ordered a laptop for god's sake. I didn't know I have to literally do myself the job for all these incompetent scums there. I'm the client but apparently you need to be this to do this that and that. I'm frustrated, stressed, sleepless at 1 A. M (now 3 A.M...) 1 month+ of hell. Please don't deal with these idiots.
Worst courier company ever. The have not been able to make a simple deliver to Canada and I have wasted hours of my time waiting for a delivery. This is very disappointed
I was expecting a package to arrive, which was shipped from the retailer via DHL. The package was expected to be delivered on April 6th by 6:00 pm. I called DHL on Tuesday, April 7th, to inform them that the package was not delivered. DHL contracted the parcel to be delivered by OnTrac. Today April 8th, I still have not had the package delivered, although DHL's tracking information now says the box was delivered on April 6th at 2:40 pm. When I look up the delivery confirmation, the signature says "Front Door." This package requires my signature.
OnTrac's system says the package has not been delivered.
If this package goes, missing DHL is trying to protect itself by fraudulently reporting the package delivered. This will cause an issue if I have to contact the retailer and report the package missing. They will now argue that the package was delivered and signed for.
Do not use this company. Packages sit in their facilities for DAYS and end up damaged. I have lost numerous customers because of them.
There is no reason shipping within the US should take 3 weeks. I've cancelled a few auto-ship items because the companies use this awful delivery service. They must be the cheapest, but it shows. Businesses will lose customers using such a slow delivery service. No doubt.

Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
