I have never given any review, especially not negative ones but I will make an effort to find every website to rate this $#*!ty service with 1 star even if I have to make an account on every website. Customer service is absolute $#*!, if I may say so. I've tried to call 5 times to ask where I'm supposed to pick up my package as the delivery guy neither came nor left a note. I did not receive my package as promised nor did I get a note where to pick it up.
Their website is not navigable, their drivers reckless and the hotline is absolute horror.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
After my eBay purchase in February, I checked the tracker to see that it has made it here in Perth. But apparently was not delivered. I kept trying to contact the company but kept getting put on hold for an hour or longer. As no one wanted to deal with it. I tried to contact them through email, but all they could tell me was that they were "investigating". Well that's not good enough!
These guys have a lot to answer for. From what the customer representative told me, there was a particular flight between Perth and Singapore where my package was supposedly lost/stolen. Now this is a goddamn disgrace. They really need to investigate their staff because they have been stealing things and quite frankly that is a joke. What a pathetic company these guys are! And I will NOT be getting anything delivered with DHL EVER in future again and will let everyone know how crappy this company have been. Go to hell!

DHL redet sich heraus aufgrund fehlender "Sendungsverfolgung" könne man keine Auskunft erteilen warum keine Zustellung erfolgt. Ich habe für eine Leistung eines Transportes von A nach B bezahlt. Also habe ich ein Recht darauf zu erfahren warum meine Sendung nicht zugetsellt wurde - insofern handelt es sich um eine nicht erbrachte Leistung.
Ich finde das Verhalten von DHL schon eine Frechheit eine leistung nicht zu erbringen und dann auch noch zu behaupten ich hätte kein Recht zu erfahren warum.
Ich kann jedem nur abraten jemals DHL für eine Sendung zu benutzen.
Do not use this shipping company to send medication internationally. You will probably never recieve it. I did everything they asked me to do in order to receive it. At the end, after they returned to shipper, they said "you didn't date and sign the statement." No one told me I had to do that. So many persons veiwed it and yet no one said anything. In my defense, It was digitally signed and the date of the email was sufficient. Prior to returning my shipment, they said they would call me to give an update each time. That NEVER happened. I called all the time. Varying response. Extremely POOR service
I have been giving the run around ever since my package was supposed to arrive. I was told it would be here on the 19th no package. Call customer service it should be there by the end of the day, smh its the 22nd and still no package poor service
My package was scheduled for delivery Thursday, but without any notice the delivery was delayed to Friday.
I received delivery notice this morning via text message, so I called DHL to confirm the delivery. I also verified with their tracking site that my package is with delivery courier. I called again around 5:30pm and was informed that the package should be delivered before 8pm. I waited from 1pm until now, but there is no sign of their delivery truck. Today is Friday and my flight leaves on Monday 8am. Since DHL doesn't make deliveries on weekends, it appears that I have to change my flight to Tuesday 'cause I have no one at home to receive the package next Monday. Thank you DHL for screwing up my trip schedule. DHL is the worst courier service provider.
I'm waiting for the package for two days the first day they said wrong address and I called them and fixed it, and the second day the driver said I'm not home, is not true I'm home the whole day and I have camera on my front door I didn't see any dhl truck. Service is bad that driver is lying.

The website use only DHL courier
This means that you buy a DHL shipping label
But, no assistence at all, no help no contact, just a phone number to DHL, totally unuseful as they just look at the tracking
My first and last experience was a nightmare:
I book the parcel, first available day is not the next day, but two days later, all other couriers allow to book for the next day
Obviously, courier did not collect the parcel
The next day, parcel was collected, but no tracking at all
So, no parcel, no money, no tracking, no contact, nothing
I think that Ipostparcels is the whorst service in the world and DHL the whorst courier in the world

Don't use DHL courier service! Terrible service! For an exorbitant fee they promised to deliver a letter from AB to AZ in 3 days (still a long time for express service) but package still hasn't arrived 5 days later! No refund available because we didn't pay even more to guarantee a "time" of delivery. I could have had the letter here quicker by snail mail for $4. Won't ever use this "express" service again!
No human representative. Takes almost 2 weeks to get a package in the USA. Never thought it would be this bad

If I could give a negative one star, I would. DHL doesn't even deserve one star. Their customer service SUCKS! They hire all the foreign workers who barely know how to speak English which gets even more frustrating. They can never get in contact with their couriers so when a shipment is lost or delayed they will keep lying to
You telling you that your package will arrive at the same time as on their website, whether it actually does or not. There is no manager to talk to or higher up when a package is lost or delayed. You pretty much are required to wait on it and hope for the best. I constantly receive email notifications about other people's packages though I have a hard time receiving my own. It's just a big hot $#*! mess and they need to go
Out of business. I regularly have to use them for international shipping because I get all of my inventory over seas but they frequently lose me business and customers because I regularly experience delays or loss of packages and then no one can ever do anything about it. So overall stay away from this company.
I placed an order at the beginning of December.
Package was to arrive within 3 weeks.
It's been 5 weeks now.
No tracking is available anymore.
I honestly have a hard time understanding how a company this terrible at providing a service is still in business. Never have I to this point in time ever had the displeasure of dealing with such complete and utter incompetence from virtually every single employee that works here. These people are literally professional time wasters with zero respect for you as a customer.
The delivery driver claims to attempt delivery twice which is either a complete lie or they are flat out too damn lazy to get off their asses and ring your door bell despite being home with the lights visibly on. Funny how they make such bull$#*! claims yet my closed circuit video surveillance shows nothing during the time frame their call center reps say they were at my house. No knock, no door bell ring, no delivery card notice. Nothing. Call center rep then promises a third delivery the following day and of course the driver does not show up again and they couldn't be bothered to have the decency to inform me despite demanding I provide them with my personal phone number.
Trying to get a hold of these imbeciles since has been nearly impossible with their garbage holiday hours that makes you wonder if anyone actually works here at all. If I worked as little as these useless fools do, I would be homeless.
18 days later and my package is still not delivered, the tracking states it's been "delayed" for the last 10 straight days before finally not having the status updated any further at all.
Even more ridiculous is the bill they have sent me in the mail during this time. They apparently want payment for a package that has not been delivered and has stopped receiving tracking updates. Sorry DHL, I will not be paying you for nothing and quite frankly I'm sick of my time being disrespected. You can return the package and I will keep my money. I'd much rather it go to a respectable business like Fedex that isn't full of compulsive liars and mouth breathers making empty promises.

Useless service, driver did not pick up.
I phoned customer services to be informed the driver tried to pick up at 4:30pm but the 'goods were not ready'!... funny that when the door bell has not rang and the parcel has been on my desk since 12.30pm.
Clearly the driver needed to go home early, unlike me who has been here waiting.
Trying to trace a parcel that wasn't delivered using their online and telephone service is an absolute farce, we couldn't get the parcel redelivered or work out where it was supposed to be collected from as the information online and the telephone differed. We are still trying to locate the package. In this day and age this is just a joke. Why does anyone them?. The CEO and Management Team need to spend a day Amazon, maybe the'll learn how delivery companies are supposed to operate, because DHL seriously needs to look at its operation.
DHL's tracking system sucks. You can try to track your package, but it's system won't tell you anything until after the package has been delivered.
Ordered xpress delivery for 2 days item arrived after 5, after i call them they told me some bs about my city location in Bulgaria and i need to wait + more days for that :D (package was hold 3 days in city near me about 15km)
How is this useless company still in business? If you use DHL to deliver anything you risk losing your customers. I was expecting a very important package yesterday, there text informed me it would be delivered between 8am and 9pm (great I have to wait in my living room for 13 hrs! By 5pm ai thought I would call and the rep said it's on the truck and they have til 9 to deliver. Guess what it never showed up and customer service had gone home by 9. Called next morning they informed me the package was removed from the truck the day before at 10am WHY and why did I not get a text or any info so I could goto work. They said it's on the truck today but gave me a different tracking number, I asked what time and they informed me this time that the driver would be in my area between 12.30 and 3pm. 4.30 comes around still nothing. I called and got hung up on the first time so the second time I demanded to speak to a supervisor. Once again got nowhere and agreed the driver is in my area between 12.30 and 3pm so I said has he gone home can I leave my house and he said it shows it's still on the truck you should wait until 9pm. I said can you not contact the driver? Answer No! So frustrated and will recommend to everyone to never use these idiots. Oh and their text service is totally useless. Wish I could give a 0 star rating as one is way too good for this useless outfit. Oh and my package was sent express as well due to its urgency.
Some mineral supplements were sent from the UK to Mexico. After they did not arrive, I was informed that they were held up in customs. I sent an Email to DHL´s customs department at Mexico City airport. They did not reply. After insisting to speak to someone at their customs department, I was told that permission had to be obtained from a government department ( mineral supplements!) and, until I got the permission DHL would charge $10 a day for storage fees ( something that could be held on one hand!). I was told that the permossion would take 10 working days. I asked them to forego the charges since the sender was not told by DHL of the regulations and also given the fact that I had not been informed of the situation because no representative of DHL got in touch with me. They point blank refused and wouldn´t even give me the contact number of the coordinator of the notifications area to state my case. In fact, it is almost impossible to speak to a DHL manager anywhere! DHL has no qualms about charging me $140 to store a miniscule-size package of something that costs $60 and, after having charged the shipping costs from the UK to Mexico!
I certainly will not use DHL again, a company that exploits people´s vulnerability.

Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
