For about three years of use and still satisfied. For me the best international transport and logistics company. Speed and efficiency
Tried shipping a package from any location in Northern Indiana to Egypt. My customer specifically requested DHL. I tried very hard to accommodate him. DHL website sucks. I did find a DHL location listed online in Portage, IN. After driving 30 minutes there, I discovered that this location was a freight location and not a location where you could ship a package from. An employee in the parking lot did direct me to go in and ask where I could ship a package from. I went in the "Visitor" door and spoke with a lady behind the glass. I said "excuse me, I'm." at which point she cut me off and told me to go stand behind the board to be checked in. I assume she thought I was a truck driver delivering to her location. I don't know, but she was rude. The next time one of my international customers requests to ship via DHL, I'll refuse. I will never attempt to ship via DHL ever again. How does a company like this compete in today's market? THIS POST IS NOW TAKING A CRAZY TURN - Whoever posted this review mistakenly used my email address. My normal response would be to access the account, delete anything that I didn't post and move on with my life. In this case, however, I've actually used DHL and found their service is as described in this review - horrific. I've been listening to "Thank you for your patience while holding" for the last 43 minutes. I don't think anyone is working at DHL. Unfortunately, I have to continue to hold. Just hope someone will pick up the line. Businesses can blame on Covid for everything. That's including poor customer service.
After I wrote the boss and reported the service that I was receiving and received the problem was rectified to my satisfaction my package was retrieved and delivered.
Horrible horrible horrible I told them while the package was left at the wrong address 2 hours later I told them I made a mistake it was suppose to go Miami lakes not Miami gardens before they try to retrieve the item and say well you will be charge for a next delivery they rather let the person jeep the items that is poor customer service.
Ordered an iPad from O2 a few days ago. They have left it on my doorstep where anyone could take it. Nobody had signed for it, this is appalling especially with such a delicate/valuable item. Did deliver fast though.
I ordered a pair of shoes from USA and they required me to pay tax and duty fee on it, which was $88. Since I am a student so I don't want to pay that crazy money, thereby i went to CSBA to self-clear my package. I got the form saying its already paid off. I sent it to DHL at the same day and received an email confirmed the fee had been cleared. The next day, they delivered it to me while asking me to pay the fee. I was so greatly surprised and confused. I had to call their customer service, brokerage in order to sort it out and reschedule it at pickup location. Despite I had done everything I could and it was not my fault at all, even the delivery guy did not help me or advise me to call DHL. All he did is kept telling me he just cared about the system, not my things and walked away.
HORRIBLE experience. First of all, I've ordered something from AliExpress which takes a while because it's coming from China to Canada... understandable. I understand that sometimes you have to pay duties with this company... ok. When the delivery person came they didn't get in touch with me (I put a message saying Backdoor, but they didn't come to the backdoor) I assume I was due to pay duties because the message says "attempted delivery" well this was 5 days ago and still they haven't reached out to tell me where my package is, no slip or email or anything! FINE. I try to call the number and the automated system automatically says the tracking ID is incorrect the first time then the second time it goes through and I get another automated message saying everyone is in a meeting and to call back in an hour... when I do that it's the same message for 3 days that everyone's in a meeting and to call back. I leave my number with them and still they don't return my calls... I checked all the post offices near my house and none have my package. SERIOUSLY?! I'm so upset with this horrible company. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
The time it took to deliver my parcel on international flight was impressive. The recipient got the product in good condition without any problem. The only negative thing is the cost of delivery. Paying almost $300.00 for a small package is very expensive. The delivery cost was two times the cost of the product itself.
Worst company, amazes me they are in business, no one answer they are closed on weekends.on day 4 of them saying its with driver out for delivery, i signed the sig waiver online to leave at door, no one comes, the dont leave any notice, just keep saying out for delivery, not sure which ring master is is running this circus, but need some serious management changes there

DHL would not delivery my shipment, and when they asked me what I wanted to do, I replied in writing to return the shipment to sender. Instead DHL destroyed my entire shipment. How does DHL defend 1) not delivering packages; and 2) destroying them for absolutely no reason?
It seems that is the new DHL policy: 1) do not deliver parcels; 2) do not follow the customer's written instructions; and 3) destroy customer shipment and 4) then refuse to reimburse the customer for the value of the goods.
Ordered DHL Express pickup at 9.30a.m. At 1.00p.m. They said they'd be here in a few minutes. They arrived at 3.15 amd missed that day's collection. I mistakenly thought they meant it when they boasted about their next day service.
Very disappointed with DHL. The item should be delivered on my doorstep since I paid for it. Waited for almost two months. They made up a status that the recipient is not at home and there is a delivery attempt. Unfortunately to them that I am always at home since the lockdown and been working here since. So i know it's a scam. No one called or notified me, no one came. So it's really a thumbs down. Now i contacted the postal service handling my parcel and i have to pay for another fee for the second delivery. Really bad experience
Sadly our company is using this terrible shipping company. My package has been sitting in FL for 4 days and that is not okay. I have clients who are waiting on their packages. If i do not receive my package by tomorrow I will have to report my package as stolen by DHL. My job depends on you and sadly we cannot afford to use you anymore.
If you want to get ripped off sweetly just ship your next shipment with DHL. It will never arrive and their useless no service customer service will give you the best royal run around with call back promises that never materialize. Rude customer service and a useless scam of a company DHL

BE AWARE PLEASE! I ve suffered myself so I'm trying to save you'll by my experience of doing business with "DHL".
My package was coming from Canada with money paid for "EXPRESS DELIVERY "
My estimated date was 29th june and I haven't received my package yet. ONLY THING I GET IS EVERYDAY INCREASED CUSTOMS DUTY. My aessassable amount was Rs. 45,862 and they first sent me Rs. 19,865 as duty free. After two days it became Rs. 35,445. And now just today 29th july it came as Rs. 36,885. So think before u lose your hard earned money.
DHL will hold your package hostage until you pay their ransom, except they call it "fees." These fees are completely unknown until they charge you. And if you don't pay, you don't receive the package. So they can charge whatever they want, without explanation. I contacted them several times asking for a description of the charges I incurred, and they haven't answered any of my emails. Never use DHL, and never buy anything if the seller ships using DHL.

Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
