I'm a straight stoner (I live in a legal state amd im medical) and order smoking supplies from them. Never a bad experiance! I have heard friends having trouble with shipping taking a while, but my stuff has always arrived with in 3 weeks and thats ok with me for the great prices! Life long customer here!

I'm a sports guy and I love to collect sneakers too, so I found the perfect site to gone sports apparel and shoes both at more than reasonable prices. Top notch quality and customer service for basement level pricing. I browse constantly for my next Jersey or pair of Jordans. Lol. Great site overall. I'd recommend 20 out of 10 times (lol) and give it a 5 star rating, easily.

Led walls

I ordered LED walls to use with a photo book for my wedding. I ordered them on 01/14/17 and STILL have not received them. I am now told it is out of stock. I have requested my money back. There is no reason that I couldn't have been told sooner than 3 months that they are out of stock. Very unhappy and will not use this agency again! Now to get my money back!

So to begin back in December I was looking into buying the new Yeezy Boost 350 V2s, I searched the internet for a site that had them at a more reasonable price, I found a pair that claimed to be a 1:1 replica of the shoes I was sceptical at first but I did a little bit of research on the seller which is something I recommend everyone does before buying from someone on this site. The seller is Sportfansworld, http://www.dhgate.com/store/******* they were very helpful with understanding what the shoe would look like and whether or not it is worth buying. After talking with him I decided to give it a shot and the shoe arrived within a month which was surprising as I didn't pay for DHL but they arrived VERY fast. When the shoe arrived it was perfect conditioned and 1:1 replica was no joke it was perfect. To put a long story short this seller is amazing and if you're looking for things like that you should definitely check them out. Reading through the reviews on this site 60% of them are people complaining about how long their item took to arrive, even though pretty much all of the items come from overseas. So what I have to say about that is be patient and do your homework on the sellers and you won't be disappointed. Since then I have ordered 3 other pairs from this seller and have not been disappointed.

Never order anything from torprate or this website. They all scams. Supposed to been sending me a dress and seller sent me a necklace no one want to help me get the dress or full refund amount back. Not to meantion they had my order and money for a month and a half just to receive a necklace when supposed to been a dress. The only thing they tell me is to contact seller. That is why the processing time for the dress is included in the item page. As for this specific dress, the seller specified that it will be shipped out within 18 business days from when you paid for the order. That way, you will be informed before you place an order that it would take time for the dress to be shipped out.

As for the tracking number, it is not an invalid one. It would take time for the courier to post updates. It would normally take 7 days for the courier to post updates in the tracking website. As of now, there are already updates posted and it shows that the package has already left Suzhou on 2017-04-06 and is on its way to Miami. As for the dispute option, we assure you that it is not blocked in your account. What a mess! I ordered a dress from "everbridal1989" the dress shown was nothing like the dress that was sent to me. It had two different colors. It was hideous! Only good for a chip shrewder. Then they would not refund my money. I paid $92.00 for nothing!

I ordered on this site as requested by friend for bridesmaid dress. Not only was it late, it is wrong color and sizing and sewing is way off. Horrible quality. What is worse is dhgate customer service, there is none! I'm out $100 because seller refuses to refund and dhgates's chatting robot can't even tell me why my order history is non-existent. Huge scam to me... UPDATE- it cost $60 to return dress via ups (tracking number is required) however, invoice return address is different and long story short id rather be out $100 than $160 plus no dress to speak of...

Not only were the clothes so tiny that I couldn't even fit them on my body even as an attempt, but the quality was seriously a 1 out of 10. Everything was made cheaply and the website will not let me refund. The website is designed to refund but they make it so you cannot click the finishing process to refund. Do not waste your patience and money with these people.

This website is such a scam. I ordered a nice prom dress from here and never saw it. It gave me a tracking number and date, however the date had passed and still no dress. My mother and I called the people to find out what was going on and they said they had no tracking number to match ours. We found out that this website is a scam and isn't any good. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from here, not even a piece of gum. I had to cancelled my order and hopefully receive a refund.

Dhgate may be out of Business on 4/3/17 tried to log into my account which I've had for years and would not let me, tried to call the number listed for customer service an no longer in service. Tried to log in again 4/4/17 same error message "wrong user name or password" when I know it right also no reply from e-mail I sent to them...

I ordered 11 cabinet locks for my store, I Requested them to be with the same key, the order arrived after 3 weeks and every lock have a different key... totally useless, I send them an email and never herd beck, and not only that, after I order them also realized that I could get them much cheaper here in the U.S. - NEVER AGAIN.

Well its alright

In a previous review of DHGate I wrote about the quality of the "Bestenme" ten inch tablet and the "HomTom"android phone I bought frm DHGate, that was more than a year ago and both devices are still performing as good as ever. My experience with DHGate indicates buyers should always ask DHGate who their top and best sellers are, this way seems to ensure a quality buying experience.

Read other reviews... Please save yourself from headaches, stress, and loosing your money...

I order a machine from this company and it arrived almost one month later. The machine did not work and I tried so hard to contact them to get refund my money I paid. DHGATE customer service person, one with no last name and contact #, told me several times they will reimburse my shipping cost once I shipped the product back. My credit company told me nothing they can do because DH Gate is a Chinese company, etc... Make a long story short, I shipped the machine back to China paying $162.00 to get my refund. When I contacted their customer service, they claim they did not receive the machine. When I confronted with my tracking #, they said they will get back with me. I finally got the money I paid for the machine, but never received the refund for the shipping cost. I sent our numerous emails because I don't have any contact # but never heard from them again...

I LOST $162.00 AND ALL THE STRESS... Please do not deal with this company.

The review two posts down by Tony M. Hits it right on the head. They try to confuse the hell out of you in hopes you just give up. Customer service and the seller is nonexistent after the payment has been released to the seller. I ordered 120 vape cartridges, of which 47 (so far) are defective. After contacting the seller, they wanted pictures to prove it. I sent them and they acknowledged the problem and at first we're willing to do something about it, but as soon as the money was released communications went dark. I tried to upload the photos to customer service on the website, and the website itself will not let you upload the pictures which are required to submit a refund request. I've tried different file types & sizes from different devices and it just won't work. After contacting customer service regarding that issue and the issue of the defective cartridges, nothing. Not even a peep. If I were to tell the entire thing from beginning to end I'd be here for the next hour. Read the review 2 posts down by Tony M. Good job Tony!
