I had 3 items made all 3 where givem the measurements all 3 where delivered wrong. There customer service couldn't do anything to resolve the issue. After a month of back and forth chatting and messages I'm still out all my money and not what I ordered

Products are good but th service at dhgate is not good. They say they are there to help you but they are not. They give you the run around 9 times out of ten and it does not seem like they are trying to help you at all.
DHgate it's a cool site and have a simple way to buy anything you need. Just think they should send us a email warning when the refund time it's ending up. Although, it's a great site with a great service.

Compra de tres relojes a la tienda CHINA-RELOJ-FABRICA muy mala calidad, uno de ellos lo tuve que devolver, de acuerdo con el vendedor y haciendose cargo de los gastos de devolución, para que me los devolvieran tuve que escribir mas de treinta mensajes, al final me hicieron el reembolso. Pero el reloj que me envío al cambio tampoco funciona bien, lo he reclamado en varias ocasiones, sin hacerme caso.Di una opinión negativa, y la han borrado. Para que no aparezca esta opinión ya no tienen estos relojes a la venta, así no aparecen las opiniones.
En definitiva de tres relojes dos malos.
Posiblemente volveré a comprar, pero nunca en esta tienda.

Bought 4 Man - Shirts - Size X-Large. The shirts won't even fit a woman size Small. The company's policy states they will issue a refund. COMPLETELY UNTRUE. After contacting the company. They refused to accept the items back and they won't provide their return address... I spent $ 140.00 and can't get my money back... STAY AWAY...

I don't understand the complaints about this site. Stop buying stuff you know would be crappy as a knockoff and start buying bongs! They are 100% legit. Not 80%, not "you get what you pay for", but 100% AWESOME! America is VERY unreasonable when it comes to bongs, and the whole industry over here thinks they're selling 24k gold glass, it's ridiculous. DHgate gets it, and their glass blowers are skilled!

Liverpool shirt was really good quality. I ordered a 3xl, it can't be more than an xl at most maybe even a large. Couldn't get it over my head.
