It has been the first time I have purchased any good from dhgate and so far except for the custom I have been facing no problems and also the online help of this site is really great. So appreciate it. I have not yet received the package yet, but if I do without any extra custom charges, I am surely buying stuffs from here again when needed.

Good overall experience with all sellers. Goods and prices clearly stated. Goods arrived earlier than stated and where the goods were damaged in shipping, informed DHGate who helped to resolve the situation very quickly. Now just waiting for the replacement.

I ordered earing from a Chinese supplier in size 4mm studs, when they arrived they were 9mm and they supplier said they were out of stock of the 4mm. I would have preferred to receive an email explaining they were out of stock first before I have to pay the £25 shipment as I would not have ordered them. They are business not personal use so I had a spec to follow and these did not match it. I then got no feed back from the seller and no option to return or get a refund. I will not be using them again.

All of the items purchased arrived, some sooner than others of course. For the most part, the quality was as expected.

My experience with DHGate was a good one (again). If I could make one suggestion, it would be to group purchase information & updates together in one order, rather than splitting things up by vendor.

For example, I ordered (approximately 12 items from 7 different vendors using one order screen & payment process. Immediately after that point, I received a barrage of EMails from the various suppliers stating they received the order, etc. Following this, I received another barrage of shipping messages, again from the suppliers, but WITHOUT necessary information such as what item they were referring to. Sadly, these messages were basically useless as I couldn't connect them back to a "master screen" of information. Finally, once items began arriving, it was very difficult to correlate the individual packages to the original (grouped) order.

Since multiple items from multiple sources are ordered using one order entry screen, it would be EXTREMELY useful if I could pull up the original order to see any updates (rather than 30-40 separate EMails from individual sources). This would be invaluable if shipping updates and such were posted to the "grouped order page, for the same reasons.

As mentioned, I appreciated the service and selection from DHGate, and will return in the future to order again.

Buying is easy, but some sellers can miss lead you when describing cell phones ect, cell phone i purchased was delivered with a faulty 32 g micro card and only one battery after a little debating i was sent the second battery that was advertised but still had to buy a replacement 32G card, so I personally will never purchase a cell phone with a 32 G micro card offer again but, But diagnostic scanners are a good buy with D H Gate and i have been very please with all of those auto scanner purchases

The seller used false shipping information, I filed a claim, but nothing was ever done. I had to purchase from another company so I could keep my sales up. The package finally arrived one day. I asked for half my mo0ney back, since I had already purchased from another company, and it was like no one was listening. You favored the seller and released my money to him. I have been looking for another company to purchase my items from, but I will not be buying from you again. The customer service is terrible!

DH Gate allows sellers to publish photos of items that they want to sell, but those images are not the sellers property and this way the seller and DH Gate are misleading with the advertising.
