The merchant did not supply a return postage. In America when we shop online we get free exchange and return. I still haven't gotten my refund! Dreadful! I have still not received my order and cannot find anywhere on your website to make a complaint. I have emailed the seller on numerous occasions and still haven't been able to ascertain the status of my delivery or even the courier service. I was first told it was dhl but they have no record of the shipment. At this stage I am assuming I have been scammed and have lost my money.
I had a problem with the seller about the basilar functions of the product and I think the only week you give to find a deal with the seller under your assistance is too short. I didn't find a deal and I just Trow my money away!

I think that DHgate is OK with the service that they are providing My Main thing is that I DID NOT RECEIVED WHAT I HAD ORDERED WOULD BE SO GOOD TO RECEIVED WHAT I ORDER!
DHgate is about 90% better than other sites I know. You sell about 70% of all the
Items in the world.The only problem is that your sales dispute is a little bit delaying.
So in aggregate, I will rate DHgate as 75% for all your services.
1) The price was around $80, which was the lowest I could find.
2) The delivery time was acceptable considering it was shipped from China.
3) The product came with minimal instructions which were not adequate.
4) I had to ask two people with software expertise to make the product work as it was too complicated for the average person to use with the minimal instructions supplied.
5) After about an hour the product started to malfunction and became useless.
6) A similar product was available in the USA for about $40.00 more, but had good support and instructions and talking to the seller, it had a low failure rate and good support if there were any problems.
7) I feel that DHgate is far removed from the producers of the products it sells and therefore anyone buying through DHgate is taking a high risk that the product will not perform.
8) DHgate needs to screen its suppliers to insure quality.
