I ordered a bag from Yanliao, order no is *******595. I did not receive it after the estimated date. After numerous reminders to seller, i was given an update that goods was delivered. The update is from a tracking platform and i investigated it further. Apparently anyone can update the details and it can be faked. Forwarding company details was never shared and the seller failed to share any evidence of sign off. Australia Post also confirmed there is no such tracking number and parcel.

SCAM

I have placed 3 orders it's been over a month. Tracking says they are still in China. They take your money and you never get your orders! Nevermind that what they're doing is illegal! They are selling counterfeit goods. And stealing money.Absolutely no customer service just robots.

Beware!

I was nervous about even ordering from them and when I went to create an account it wanted to sign in using an account I already had like facebook or linked in. I chose linked in and then deleted the set up account when I was routed to a screen that said I was giving them permission to use my account. I did receive shoes that I ordered but they were very uncomfortable and I was not able to wear them. When I attempted to return them I was told they were not returnable. Although prior to ordering the site said you could.

I ordered a bag and a sandal and the bag will not and will not reach me. The seller showed a picture that is completely different from my order and I rejected it and will not return the money. The second item is a different sandal and very bad from the one I ordered. There is no customer service and no money back. It is just a scam company.

I bought I pair of shoes 300$ they arrived half a size to small and very cheap, the seller said ( there's nothing wrong with the shoes and I can still wear them half a size to small it don't matter) LOST MY MONEY:
I bought 2 other pacages 159$ each Nike tech suite from 2 Different seller but never arrived at destination.The tracking number was BS not able to locate with Canada carriers. Items said delivered but wasn't I have proof from Canada post and still guest what. LOST MY F'EN MONEY:

BEWARE! Dhgate it's a scam! Probably, after a purchase an item, they close your account and you will not be able to log in to follow up or to get your order! You will be forced to make a photo of your credit card in order to liberate your account! Unbelievable that they are still operating and no lawsuit is undertaken. Be careful with this platform and better to use confidential site like AliExpress. Good luck!

I ordered $998.00 worth of silver Moissanite Jewelry for my retail store and 3 of the sellers sent me CZ's and not Moissanite stones. I received my money back from 1 ring but not the other 2 sellers. This was a $187.00 loss, and this was after jumping all the hoops they make you do to dispute a order. There is NO customer service at all when the dishonest sellers try to scam you. All the other sellers actually sent me what was described, but the dishonest sellers ruined this for me. I will NEVER order from this company again. I just wonder how many people order this product from them and think they received what Moissanite and they are wearing CZ's, thank goodness I was able to check stones with a diamond/Moissanite tester but most people would not have one of these.

A simple projector €116, had the tracking num shipped to Ireland Sept 18 and never moved again.First answer it was lost and seller explained how to do a dispute and DHgate would mediate if no agreement was reached,I asked the seller to resend no you look for refund ok,but now it was not lost it was he said was held by customs.The full refund was agreed two days ago won't hold my breath said it may depending on my bank take 7days the amount around 20 short.Now I checked the site for the item out of stock,now to me it looks like a con never sent if I did nothing their smiling and now they take 20 anyway that if I actually get the refund readings other reviews it seems this is a regular thing, run out of stock sell it anyway then spin the yarn.If you look at it not all will bother some not able to dispute and believe me it's not easy to wade through. Now looking at it that way that's a hell of a lot of money for nothing.When first emailed the they just started firing and mean loads of adds and automated answers purely designed to put you off Then I had to wade through their site.Messages appearing disappearing.Now I have no doubt that it's in stock you'll get it but if not the con starts and if you get a refund it will cost you €20 ×by hundreds equals big money for nothing and that my honest thoughts, AliExpress,wish I often got a refund for late delivery tell them I got it take payment no no thank you.

This is taking peoples money...somehow in china tracking shows delivery but at odd hours like mine 4:30 am yet the local post office stated that no such tracking was ever handle by the usps office...DONT WASTE your money to this seller...

Ordered two items on July 24 and one item on August 8 from 3 different sellers and I have yet to receive any of the items. Estimated delivery date was Sept 21. It is now Nov 5! Tracking only shows that the item was shipped, no other shipping status updates available. First time using DHGATE and I am 0 for 3. Actually, this is the first and last time I will use them. Save yourself the aggravation and don't order from DHAGTE.

Buyer beware
October 29, 2023

Ordered and paid for two outfits. I only received one. The seller refused to refund my money unless I changed the reason why I didn't receive it to it "was lost in customs", when in fact, the reason I put was "missing items" which is exactly what happened. DH gate as you can see below. Wanted me to jump through a bunch of hoops to prove I did not receive the item. I have ordered 10 times from this company. I will never order from them again. Just know you may or may not get what you pay for and they don't care and you will not get your money back.

I ordered 2 cell phones. They arrived in 10 days. I charged the phones. I then opened 1 up and moved my sim card from my current cell phone to the new one. Then I powered on the phone and went through the set up. After phone was complete it stated no service. I checked settings and it did recognize my sim card just was not connecting to the provider. I contacted my service provider tech support. They tried several things even tried using esim and still would not connect. The had me take the phones to one of there repair centers. The center tried 3 different sim cards then was able to determine the phones were set up for Asia not the US. I contacted the seller Super2022 and had messages back and forth. I advised him I wanted to return the phones and either get phones that work in the US or get a refund. The seller then stopped communicating with me. Tried contacting DHGATE customer service but the links to contact them do not work I get a 404 error. Tried several pcs and all the same. My recommendation is to avoid this company.
