No Service Department
I purchased several led mirrors in 2021. One of the mirrors started to malfunction this past year. I realize this is not a warranty item and tried to make contact with the customers service department to purchase replacement parts. I have been trying for several months but have not resolved the issue. I can not get anyone to help me. They do not respond to emails and I can't get anyone on phone. Love the mirrors but unfortunately since there is essentially no service department or parts available. Beware before you purchase from this company especially the LED mirrors.

If you can refund me in full or I will still give you until next month to send my ordered vacuum cleaner before or it will go uglier and uglier my post could be

We ordered 3 toilets and all 3 had issues, no bolt holes, cracked glaze, no side holes to access bolts, missing parts. Decoarport Montreal does not take owner ship of the issues they ask you to contact the manufacture in China and frankly we have been dealing with them since Aug 2021 and over 25 emails and still the replacements have not been sent! Just no help at all to resolve the issues.

We ordered a mirror in June and still had not received it. No one answers the phone or emails. Felling like we have lost our money. Buyer's beware!

I ordered a fixed glass shower wall & two days later I received an email saying my order was canceled because they were out of stock and that I would have a refund within 2-3 days. I called a week later asking where my refund was & was promised it would be taken care of. August 13th I was provided a receipt issuing my refund. This is August 17th and I still don't have the refund credit to my account. We called again this morning and was told customer service would be notified and we would receive an email immediately. Still no email. I hope this company is honest and will do the right thing and credit my account.

The tub arrived damaged - looked like it had been a store model, or else removed from someone's house already. They did give us a discount after we emailed them pictures of the damage. That was only the start of the problem, though. Plumbing parts from China did not fit standard Canadian fittings. Even the plumber was scratching his head. Once finally in, the tub leaked around the drain. Removing it, we saw that the gasket was totally ripped. We requested a new one - no action. We also noticed that the area around the drain was completely uneven - twice as thick on one side as the other. We emailed repeatedly and kept getting quick, ineffectual responses ("So sorry for your trouble."), then nothing but further emails asking us to send more pictures, more videos. Finally, months later, we got a new gasket and we fixed the uneven drain opening ourselves. No follow-up from the company, no inquiry as to whether our tub had finally stopped leaking. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Got an LED mirror from this store, they have a showroom in Montreal so that it's easy to pick up and return, what's more important is that they have a good service, we'd like to come back to get more products.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I ordered a shower column. Order was great and delivery was quick. Then the problems started. Shower column had manufacturer defect. Took many calls and emails over several weeks to get them to send a shipping label.

Many discussions about needed a replacement unit quickly because my contractor was ready to install. I finally received shipping label, shipped the item back to warehouse and they issued a return. No explanation of why a refund and not sending me a new unit.

I called and was told they no longer have this unit in stock. Too bad nothing we can do.

Never again!
