I ordered a fixed glass shower wall & two days later I received an email saying my order was canceled because they were out of stock and that I would have a refund within 2-3 days. I called a week later asking where my refund was & was promised it would be taken care of. August 13th I was provided a receipt issuing my refund. This is August 17th and I still don't have the refund credit to my account. We called again this morning and was told customer service would be notified and we would receive an email immediately. Still no email. I hope this company is honest and will do the right thing and credit my account.
