Earlier in the year I ordered $1000's worth in merchandise from Dealsmachine several times for my small business. I had endless problems with my shipment. They have one of the worst customer service. They made the same excuses over and over again. I don't think they understand english or they just don't read the messages in the tickets. So I stop order from dealsmachine for awhile, but silly me decided to give them a another try. It was one of the worst business transaction I have ever made. On their wedsite shows that the items will ship in 24 hrs, I also paid for expidite shipping (3-7 days). I received the items after one month. They give me excuses and a tracking number but never ship my items almost one month later.
That was my exprience with DEALSMACHINE. I will never do business with them ever again. And I don't think you should ether unless you wants to have your own experience.
I wish I had read this site BEFORE using Dealsmachine. Having ordered my phone (ON D**************) with expedited delivery and then seeing it was still processing 6 days later I opened a ticket (T*******088). I got their standard reply, with many apologies but it was out of stock and it would be a further 3-7 days. We discussed a replacement which was supposedly in stock but then I got no further reply on my ticket. A further 5 days late I once again asked what was happening and got the exact same reply as to my initial inquiry, stock would be a further 3-7 days.
Do not believe their website or anything they say about stock. All the "customer service" response to tickets do is offer apologies but do nothing to expedite fixing the problem. Once they have your money all they do is stall. I don't want any more apologies, either dispatch the phone or give me a refund. Good thing I payed using Paypal because I think that is the only way of retrieving my money.
Update: Full refund received, but it was only after posting on this site.

The put the items on website which they don't have in stock and when you order it will show processing for ages. When contact them they will tell you choose another item. Thus they will try to sell you something else. I cancelled my order to get a refund. Never ever buy from them you will not get it or get it late. They have very poor customer service. Online chat never works and no phone number to contact them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Bought a cell phone from them and returned it since it did not work. After almost 3 months they still keep saying they never receive it and would not process the refund. Their communication platform is sooo bad that they have no idea what the communication has been and keep asking the same question.

I placed an order on 17/09/2015 for 19 items, order # D**************, I had written a unflattering review but since then they corrected the problem and refunded my missing items, their prices are great and ill continue to do business with them hoping no issues like this arise again. I've ordered from them quite a few times and this was my first problem and hopefully the last.
I ordered 4 in stock android phones and paid for the fastest shipping, which said would be delivered in 5-7 (to the best of my recollection) days. TEN days later I contacted them and asked for a status and they informed me the item was out of stock and would be back in stock in 3-7 business days. I can understand there was a mistake and something was marked in stock that was not, but they should have then notified me when they encountered the error.
I waited another 10 business days (14 days more, for a total of 24 days) and they still have not even sent me a status update, let alone shipped my items.
I am very disappointed, and from the flood of similar issues recently, suspect that the history of positive reviews may be manufactured.

I ordered on Saturday I used my Dm points and half my order was free shipping. I should have had a discount my order should have been at 298 you charged me 319. I asked you to fix this with no reply back. I noticed you also put this on my husbands account and took my DM points but Never took the 7 dollars off. My shipping I put as EXPEDITED you charged me 29.95 for the shipping plus 4.95 for a signature. You also charged me for two 3d glasses in which I ordered one! I bought 2 phones from you last year that took 3 months to send and they both need repair I contacted you about this as well and STILL NO REPLY you can take my money as soon as I press the button yet I still have not heard back from anyone. I've been tracking through DHL and its just taking way to long for me to have payed for the fastest shipping possible. I still don; t have the phone and at this point I should feel a little worried.

Don't ever trust Dealsmachine when its written that a certain Product Ships in 24 Hrs.
It means
Ships in 24 hrs = Will never be Shipped in 24 Hrs.
I ordered a cell phone, cover, tempered glass because they were to be shipped in 24 Hrs, but even after 5 days i am still waiting for my order.

Amazingly bad customer service, I ordered and paid for a phone 11 days ago, I left it 5 days before asking when it would be dispatched and I still haven't got an answer after 6 days of trying.
To the best of my ability to decipher the replies to my questions, they seem to be saying that this is a promotional item (despite no information on the item sale page to support this) and it will be shipped when this promotion ends, whenever that may be.
Sample quote:
"Thank you for your time.
We are sorry that the site shows that not exact day of the promotion.
We will arrange the shimment after the ptomotion is end.
Or if you want the item faster, could you please kindly check another item?
We will check for you and ship your order faster.
Once again, we appologize for any inconvenience we have caused.

These Chinese companies do not know the meaning of customer service. They seem think apologizing profusely after every transaction that goes wrong, is sufficient; and believe me, they seem to get it wrong almost every time.
My experience with 2; I want to buy this tablet that is only available in China. I ordered through another Chinese online retailer, Gearbest. It said they have it in stock and will be shipped between 3-7 days. I waited 8 days and it still showed "Processing". So I contacted them, only to be told they don't really have it in stock but will get it in 11 days. I read reviews were people were constantly told this, so I threated then with Paypal and writing reviews on this site (which I did). They refunded my money.
So I ordered it through DealsMachine, which stated 24HOUR shipping on the tablet. But before I ordered, I emailed to check if they REALLY have it in stock. They said yes. So I ordered. It is about 30HOURS now and still in "Processing". At a guess, if they do bother to ship it, may be a week, even weeks.
What I have learned from this experience: DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY WITH REGARDS TO STOCK, SHIPPING AND ALSO PRODUCT SPECS. Only thing you can trust them on, is the cheap price.
I will stick with the likes of Amazon and ebay. As for the positives reviews here, a UK TV channel did a documentary on a lot of rather dubious online retailers paying citizens of poorer nations to write positive reviews; one review gets a few dollars. I'm not saying this company does; but my experience with my first only only 2 chinese online retailers makes me wonder.

Dealsmachine did exactly as I suspected they would, in the above review. They first tell me that they have it in stock. I ordered the item and they take my money. Now they send me a personal message with a lame excuse that they ran out, just before I ordered and I have to wait a long time for it! Dubious business practices!

A friend talked to me about Dealsmachine, I've told myself that there must be suppliers offering their products without taking a huge percentage like well known internet suppliers. First I made a small order to test... then a second... and so on...
I must say that the follow up (communication) is pretty good. In China they have new year and holidays different than in America. So sometimes, their might be delays but: THEY DELIVER! If you are scared, the transactions goes trought Paypal: if there something going wrong they will back you up... but you will never use that option. So, before buying everywhere else: I START WITH THEM! They are the reference and reliable, post your reviews and you will have DM points that will make your purchase cheaper! Can I ask more?

How come the Dealsmachine representative can reply on this site but they are unable to reply to support tickets? I recently placed an order for an item that was shown as being "in stock" and "ships in 24 hours"... It has now been in "processing" for a week and I've received no reply to my support ticket. You people are really shooting yourselves in the foot and from the reviews I am reading here you are doing it repeatedly. Had I read these reviews first I would never have ordered from you. From these reviews and the responses from Dealsmachine, I can see that there is no point in leaving my order number or relating to you what actions I am taking or will take in the near future should I not receive a reply back to my support ticket. I should not have to come here to get a response from you people, nor should anyone else.
BTW,,, Clearly the 5 star reviews here are most likely bogus, nice try though.

I have now had a refund, and order cancelled. Since posting the bad review here, I have had significantly better service and communications.
Maybe that was just a coincidence, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, the speed at which I was given alternative options once communications started, and at my choice was quickly given a full refund, have minded me to improve my rating.
I ordered a phone from them and paid extra for Expedited shipping. I haven't received the phone yet. The status has been showing as processing. Can someone please let me know if I'm getting the phone or give me a refund!
