I ordered a tablet and other accessories on September 14, to date I have not received anything and you do not respond more tickets.
First they say that making a partial shipment, then tell me to wait for the tablet to be provided by the manufacturer (on the site was listed in stock), the tacking of the partial shipment is stopped from September 22.
I made a complaint to pay pal.
I suggest you do not order from this seller.
If you buy from these, you should hope that you have zero issues. They will take days to reply, Live chat is fake. They lie about "Backorders" and they will tell you that they are "interpolating (intercepting) your order in case you want to cancel". Another delay tactic.
Also no tracking number on paid fast shipping.
Basically, these are buying from factory on the basis of your order. So they have to wait to receive your order, then order it from factory, receive it and package with their packaging before the ship out. Which also means that they are untested.
There are plenty of other Chinese sites to go to. Stay clear of these, or you'll regret it when you have any issues.

Dealsmachine is collecting all personal information. I have received a mail asking for Passport copy, ID copy and credit card copies and they have put my order on HOLD until i provide these. Why? They use Paypal!.
They can use it for Identity theft. Please do not use this site and DO NOT provide these details to them or Anyone!

I am a customer for a long time at Dealsmachine and I am very satisfied for their support and service and for the items(mobile phone, veggie cutter and more) I ordered. They are still in use and I am happy with the quality and price of those items. I will most definately shop again when I need more!
Ordered some headphones in july, estimated arrival between the 10th and 25th of august, yet it's now over a month since then, no sign of the headphones. Customer support replies with the same monotonous "It may be affected by factors that delay it slightly" etc etc. I can understand a few days or maybe a week late, but a whole month?

Made two separate orders on dealsmachine recently and both were delivered intact. Was satisfied with d tablets, mp3, toys, plus d extra gifts added! Am thinking of making more purchases. Customer service was ok too.

I have ordered so many items from here, including a Phablet, leather stand case, watches, etc, and they all arrived approx. 4 weeks. When my orders were sent out, I received an email to advise me, because it's from overseas, of course I gave it a bit of time, after all, it's been sent from the other side of the world, and they all arrived.
Better customer service returned phone as instructed and that was on June 19 2015 and have not herd a word sent several emails no help still no responce so no money and no phone. In response to original review I am getting my refund so I upgraded them to 3 stars they are getting better still very slow response time but they are trying
Sometime it is hard to say what you like about a shopping site. Well what is there to like about? It is a shop, you go in, buy what you need, pay, and leave. But then you realize, they have what I am looking for and it is so easy to find what I need. The price is right, the shipping is straight forward. I cannot get a straight answer out of customer service as to what items in my order are not ready to ship, nor when the items will be available to ship. They refuse to answer the phone during normal business hours in Beijing China. Every time I log into LIVE CHAT they log off.
I communicated with customer service through on website support and they offered me a full refund after I filed a claim with paypal. I am waiting now for the refund.
From what I have read on this site this company should be closed down and paypal should remove services from the website ASAP!

I made my order a Elephone P8000 phone Case, order# DD************** from Dealsmachine since August 15,2015. They promise to deliver that in 10-25 business days. Everytime a submit a ticket they tell me wait or check your post office or see if your address is correct.
After 50 business day has passed I contact them again to refund my money because I could not wait and wait for order is not coming, So I open a case with my Paypal against them. After couple days they offer me three solutions:
1. Resend the order to you free(will send by standard shipping, need 10 to 25 business days to arrive, but if you still not can't receive the resent order, we will not offer you any compensation again).
2. Refund the full amount of the items to your card.
3. refund the full amount of the items to your wallet(the wallet is in the account that you sign in on our website, you can use it as cash to pay for your order).
When I told them refund my money so they answer Ok and we can refund full amount to you.
They wrote to me "Could you please cancel and close the case first, so we have the right to apply the refund for you". I told them I'll close the case but you promise to refund my money. Since I closed the case on Nov 8 and until now Dec 9,2015 I did not receive any answer from them I keep sending tickets to them and no answer at all. My order is gone and even my money.
Guys, keep away from this website they are cheating people they really really will give a hard time.

I purchased Quarter ball shaped 6 LED Garden solar lights. The light generated by the units is brighter than most solar lights. These units are a great addition to brighten a pathway, as accent lighting in your garden or lighting the entryway to your home. They are solar so they save you money by using the sun to generate their own power. They work so well I ordered more of them to give as gifts! My order arrived quickly and the price was only one quarter of what I would pay if purchased in a hardware store. I have made multiple purchases at Dealsmachine and always am satisfied with the product I receive.
My experience with Deal Machine is horrible. I purchased two cell Phones and they are no use to me. The phones cannot access the internet. I have been asking for my refund and I have not gotten anywhere with that. This purchase is nothing but a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
So far all i am receiving is the run around.
