I agree with the other one-star ratings on here, this company has been nothing short of a major headache. If I could give an overall rating of "0", I would.
My husband ordered a tablet from them for my birthday, and from the get-go it wouldn't hold a charge. Then it started having problems with turning on, and eventually it wouldn't turn on at all.
When I contacted the company about this (within the warranty time period) to try and resolve the issue, these are the options I got: (1) Send it back to have it repaired (I pay shipping to China with no idea when or if I'd get it back); (2) PARTIAL Refund of 30% of the product's value (how's that for backing your product); or (3) They could send me a replacement, but I'd have to pay 50% of the cost of the replacement plus shipping costs.
The only option they gave me that actually complied with their own warranty statement is option number one. They tell you that you can replace or exchange, but they don't mention that YOU"LL be paying for it.
To make matters worse, when I tried to regain my money through Paypal, they decided in the seller's favor because the item was working when I received it. So, I advise you to look past the "great price" of their product and go somewhere else. You'll actually save yourself money in the long run.

I ordered phone today. After 8 hours they cancel my order without any explanation and refund my money. Stay away from this store!

Movies, surf the internet for anything. Play a game. Talk to someone from another state and see them. I already ordered the key board to go with it and soon some game controllers. It is so awesome that I am always on it learn new things I can do or go with it. Download pictures off my phone. Put an external hard drive on it to have gigabits of space. I tried sending a service ticket to Deals Machine,, however, every time I try it yes, your order number is not correct (where as NO SPACE was provided to TYPE an Order Number on the Ticket. And when I went back out of the system and returned Selecting a Different Category, then a place appeared to place a order number. I tried again with the transaction number that was given to me when I paid for my order, and once again it came back as INVALID... I waited and went back in today, put in the Transaction ID and keyed in the correct numbers in the authentication box and it told me the NUMBERS were WRONG!.

Good prices and excellent customer service on dealsmachine.com. Shipping prices and time are also good! I recommend this store!

[EDIT] The customer service on dealsmachine.com is good when you have questions about processing time or cancelling and refunding paid orders. As soon as you talk about problems with a product and asking for a refund on defective items they do not respond AT ALL. Also the RMA application is bad. You apply and never hear from them again...

The best thing I like about Dealsmachine.com is that the prices are low but the quality is always great! Customer service is responsive, I didn't have a problem before, but if I do I'm sure they'll be very helpful.

Do not use this company!

I only came to this review website after not receiving a phone I ordered 6 weeks ago. Exactly the same story as all the other "1 star" reviewers. I'm in the process of attempting to get a refund (like hundreds of others no doubt). Fortunately I have some associates in China who are going to assist me with getting the Chinese Internet Commerce Authority to investigate Dealsmachine.com

Notice all the reviews happen to be either 1 star or 5 star with almost nothing in between. Notice also how the company appears to visit this website regularly to reply to frustrated customers to give the appearance of customer service. I'll leave it to you to question who is writing all the 5 star reviews that have a distinctly similar tone.

I'm shopping at dealsmachine very long time(since it was ahappydeal), it's pretty cheap and fast guys, made orders from few cents to hundred of dollars on car DVRs and tablets

Firstly, I was over charged $2.56 for NO reason. They should have charged me $41.44 but ended up charging $44.00. Numbers are quite similar, so I guess lots of people wouldn't notice. Seems very suspicious. To top it off, even though I submitted TWO separate tickets enquiring about that, they are both still "processing" since 16th June 2015.
Secondly, the tracking number provided never helped me track my item which was very INCONVENIENT. In fact, on the email they sent me with the tracking code, they provided a link to track the item and link was called "Australia Post Registered", so I naturally supposed it was to Aust Post website but in fact it was chinese website that my computer picked up straight away as containing malware and would not let me open. What is that about?!
My item finally arrived after 10 business, even though I was promised 3-7 business days with expedited shipping. It was a MacBook charger with 5 pins. On the first day 1 of the pins broke, even though I was using properly. On the second day the second pin broke and the the charger connector got really hot and it stopped working all togehter. It's dead, totally useless after 2 days.
As a result I had to buy another charger, now an originial one of course. Lesson learned the hard way. Dealsmachine NEVER EVER AGAIN, it's just disgraceful to say the least. Not to mention your non-exisiting customer service! What a joke! I want my money back right now.
