Companies like Dealsmachine are really employing a lottery-type scam!. Satisfy a quota of the orders ( share the jackpot) but the greater number are screwed ( undelivered, defective, incorrect filling of order, do not fill the order at all). Two complaints and after that you cant get a response.
I have dealt with Dealmachine twice now and both times I was extremely satisfied with the products and service. My order was processed promptly and shipped. The shipping costs were reasonable and all tracking information provided. They have a huge selection of products in all categories and will be my first choice for all my needs in the future.
With this one I have a very bad experience. Do not listen to their customers. No complaints upoštavajo. The products are of very low quality. Avoid this site.

This site pays people to write reviews. Most of the stuff I've ordered has been late and often doesn't work.
I have nothing but praise for the service and support I have got from Dealsmachine and also the aftersales service I would highly recommend them to anyone of my family and friends. I would like to update this review as from 31/08 I have had problems since writing this review and the returns and refunds for dealsmachine is a joke stay clear and sorry for misleading anyone but up uintil this time I had no cause to think they were ok buyer beware
I ordered a phone and cover over 3 weeks ago was promised by customer service it would be shipped in 2 to 3 days and still has not been shipped they have taken my money and any ticket i have sent complaining about thisover the past week has gone unanswered i am extremelly unhappy with this website i would advise anyone ordering to be aware

March 31 to June 13th. No product in my hands. Be patient is the latest response. Well, I guess that BARBADOS is too far from China to be upset. So can I expect to see my purchase on March 30,2016?
Purchase is very easy, with a lot of choice for many items. You will find what you need for sure.
Communication is very easy with them, and in case you have a problem, a solution will be found.
The company is good unless you have a problem.
I was given credits for past business but find they are not worth anything unless you pay the advertised full price of the article and as actual price is a lot lower no one would pay 40% over to get a 10 % discount.
Have now found an Australian company that sell similar goods a lot cheaper and quick delivery.

I buyed from deal machine many times and deferends products, I want say that All the products was good quality, was original (not copies), was rarely, but a time on wich had a problem a seller helped to solve it
Prices are good and the lowest, ofource sometimes i found lower prices in the other sites, but i trusting dealmachine, bcs on the time wich was problem they solved it, on other site on wich i am and silver member 2-3 times deferends sellers(there are many not good sellers) lie me... on deal machine i am Ordinary Member
After many deals and lot experience with their teams there is only one conclusion. If you are lucky you can get your item as you expect it.
This company is an absolute disgrace
I ordered a vonets wi fi extender ti came with the wrong plug fitting despite specifically stating that i require a uk plug.
I proceeded to open a ticket which was closed shortly after saying that they were to send the correct item.
What I received instead was an adaptor and now the new ticket I opened to try to resolve this has been mysteriously closed.
In response to your reply the order number is DD**************.
How you find it acceptable to send the item with a non compatable plug connection despite clearly stating in the notes section when the order was placed that I required a uk plug fitting and then try to fob me off by sending me an adaptor.
You say you are happy to resolve any issues however i opened two tickets to try and get the correct item shipped to no avail.
I will not be buying anything else from Dealsmachine and suggest you do the same simply because as if you do have an issue with the item you buy expect to be fobbed off once they have your money.

I have placed orders with several Chinese websites, but this is the only one that has met all my expectations. When clarifying doubts have been the fastest and I have always shown several ways to solve problems. Serious and committed to the client. In summary: EXCELLENT
I am very pleased with my purchases from Dealsmachine. They have great prices, reasonable shipping costs and the items I am looking for. My last order had a small error and the company was very responsive to my emails. Shipping time to Canada is a bit slow(4-5 weeks) but I will certainly order again.
