Literally the worst company ever - save yourself the money, total joke. No customer support, have been waiting for weeks on items. Pretty much resigned to the fact that the items will not turn up.
Baught a phone with 24hr dispatch, paid for expedited delivery only to be told they never had the item in stock in the first place. Was offered refund which I accepted then never heard from them since. They seem to want to keep my $202 with no intention of ever providing goods.

Hi, I bought Ulefone November 27, the smartphone was in stock on the website and the expedition was planned in 24h. From November 30 DHL does not start shipping. I discover this morning that only DHL tracking number but the smartphone because Dealsmachine has never delivered while I had sent the email to the product shipped. Site not reliable! Stay away!

F there was a zero-star or half-star rating I would have given that.
I bought a cheap Android. Mobile phone from dealsmachine.com, but cheap should not mean non-functional. The handset doesn't connect to any of the 2-3 different telco providers tried in Australia. On 19th Nov I lodged a support ticket with them explaining that the mobile handset fails to connect to the 3G networks even after trying all setting in Android. Their web site promises 24-hur response. I got nothing for 5 days.
Their sales-support person replied on 24th Nov. Asking for photographs showing defect and the package. I took snaps of the phone display attempting to connect to the network and failing with the error messages, and attached 4 of these and 2 of the package (I can still see them in the support ticket on their support site). The same person replied a day later saying the photos could not be retrieved. I reloaded the photos on the same day (25th Nov).
It took them till today (29th Nov) to respond. The person responding obviously did not even bother to look at the photos attached, and wrote that "We just received the pictures about the package, not including the defects."
I am still able to download the photos from their site showing screenshots of the phone display failing to connect to the network, but the support person can't!
I think they are running a tight ship at very very narrow margins, about one-third buyers have given them 1-star ratings on this site. So folks, you have about 35% chance of ending up with a useless lemon if you buy from deals machine (as per reviews on this site). And in that 35% zone, you have probably zero chance of getting your problem resolved as their support staff are clueless or ca'; t be bothered taking customer complaints seriously.
I am disputing the transaction with paypal on the basis of defective goods.

On September 24, I ordered a phone on the Dealsmachine website as a sample. On the day of order it was indicated as being "on stock" and it kept being "on stock" for weeks to come. Yet the item shipped only after more than 1 month on Oct. 27. The tracking number provided wasn't recognized before November 7. Then the item arrived finally in my country, but was blocked another 5 days at the customs due to false value declaration. Customs agents are not stupid. The declared value $16 was so unrealistic for a phone that the customs contacted me, the receiver, to get the proof of payment. Due to this I had to pay the customs a $20 fine for research work. On their website, I can only comment the item - which I haven't tried yet, so I don't want to comment on that.
My review is not totally negative, because a) Dealsmachine answered all my support tickets in a timely fashion (even if the answer wasn't satisfying) and b) the device finally arrived. But there's lots of space for improvement (compared to competitors).
To start, please review your stock administration. I would have simply ordered the yellow version which was only slightly more expensive if I had known that the black is out of stock. Secondly, please inform your customers that the tracking number you stick on the package in China is only recognized once the item reaches Europe (in this case NL). And finally put the correct or at least a realistic value on the parcel, so that it will pass customs without further delay.

After some bad experiences in online shopping I found Dealsmachine and have been very satisfied with their service. I received very quick article, has taken 7 working days from China to Spain with the most economic shipping, facilitate even a photograph of the package once ready to send!, the price I have not found better, item came in perfect condition, and attention has been fantastic.
