Hi I don't normally write reviews but I ordered a new phone from Dealsmachine a week before Christmas they gave me 3 choices on shipping and as I didn't want to wait 30days for it to get to Australia or longer as it was Christmas not the best time of the year for posting things. I paid for the fastest postage and was posted after Christmas and it arrived 4/1/2016 which Is fast. This phone Is the best phone it is everything they said it was and its wasn't a clone and they also had phone cases that fit it and batteries that you could buy. Every one told me not to buy Chinese phones as they are clones and dont work in Australia well Dealsmachine change my mind and I will buy my next phone from them too this is the phone I got XIAOMI RedMi Note 2

I was recommended to Dealsmachine by my friend who had bought a few items, I decided on the Onda V919 Air Tablet, it took quite a while to get to me as it was out of stock, but Dealsmachine kept me up to date regularly and gave me a tracking number. When it arrived i was absolutely delighted, it was much better than I could have imagined - I can play Fallout New Vegas (Medium settings) very smoothly, something that I certainly didn't expect. For my first shopping experience, I cannot complain at all, thank you!

Update, well tablet arrived ok, but on taking out of box there are multiple scratches on the screen protector, is it new. Fired it up all good, connected charger and within an hour charger blows up. Purchase new charger and tablet charges ok. Another think i have noticed is that if battery goes just below 50% i cannot fire tablet up. Contacted them and they asked for more info, but now when i try to send ticket it says code is not correct. I KNOW DEAL MONITOR THIS SITE SO PERHAPS I WILL GET A RESPONCE.

Never Again
January 2, 2016

I ordered two products which showed as IN STOCK items on 2nd of December. This order is still processing and numerous messages to them reply with lies about re-stocking. I told them one item shows IN STOCK still but they say it is not in stock so I told them to fix the website so it updates stock status but they don't do it so I'm saying it's a dis-honest company. Be warned, DON'T SHOP THERE!

Bought a tablet from these people around 10 days ago. Was told yesterday it wasn't in stock and will take up to 15 days for them to arrive, but the item is still listed as in stock to this very second. They said they'd initiate a refund but 'it may take up to 5 days' and the order is still processing.

Very unprofessional company which also misspelled its own name repeatedly in the customer support ticket. Avoid if you don't want problems.

I only ordered a set of 3 antistatic tweezers for my micro quadcopters. I couldn't find these anywhere else. They were cheap and they arrived in 2 weeks and well packaged. My experience was positive.

Terrible
December 29, 2015

Well its been 15 days now apparently my items left the warehouse 6 days ago dealsmachine claimed they had 45 items on hand I bought 2 waited 5 days nothing I paid $43 for expedited shipping sent aticket and DM claimed that my items were in high demand and they were having trouble getting them from the manufacturer. I told them that I understood that an that is the reason I ordered from them because their site claimed they had 45 available oh well here I sit kids didn't get their big gift for xmas and I am going to have to explain how santa accidently forgot and then explain how santa comes back later. DM closed my ticket saying items have been shipped. LMAO will never order from this site again. Now DM says they have taken care of my situation in a ticket that I need to respond to. LMAO they off me a $5 cash coupon all I wanted was what they represented.

Listen to these other reviews and don't buy from them. My order is still processing and they have not responded to my ticket to cancel it and refund me. They are terrible and you shouldn't even risk it.

Every order I have placed with DealsMachine I have had massive problems, charged for out of stock items, shocking processing time, terrible delivery, products out of stock when on web site they are in stock, shipped within 24 hours a blatant lie, customer service non existent they lie, cheat. I was willing to accept substitutes for out of stock items every product I put up for replacement out of stock even though their web site displays in stock, I had to threaten I would report them to PayPal and Visa to get refund

This is a rewrite.
Firstly tracking info links didnt work until I wrote a bad review here Also no reply to tickets despite reminders.
On the plus side it does appear they might have shipped the phone promptly and when it got to the UK instead of using the post office delivery service as stated on their website they used the cowboys Yodel and they have lost or stolen it. Dealsmachine had been told it has not been received by both Yodel (carriers) and me but initially would not replace even though I paid for their insurance. It is in fact their duty to replace and claim off the carriers whether one has insurance or not. I can understand Dealsmachines reluctance since Yodels tracking still says the parcel has been delivered and I signed for it. When I sent documentation to show I was out of the country at the alleged time of signing Deals machine refunded my money. Hopefully they will have learned that choice of carrier can have a serious impact on their business and avoid carriers like Yodel who have an abysmal reputation in the UK.
Just glad I paid through Paypal as will now get the money back and buy elsewhere

I ordered a phone over a month ago that said in stock on their website and after sending a multitude of "tickets" i got all automated replies saying it would restock in 3-7 days or i could choose a different item. I even sent a few different items to replace it and still no reply. If they dont do something about this issue soon ill be taking legal action against them. Thankfully i ordered with paypal so i will be able to recover my money. Notice their reviews are either 5 or 1 star for the most part... read them and decide which group are real humans and which are computer generated score boosting reviews. But i would never recommend shopping here to anyone. I've also attached a screenshot of a RBL search on their domain name, results showing that they are a BLACKLISTED server so communication with this site is defiantly ill advised.

I'm updating my review, the original review is attached below. I contacted dealsmachine and asked for a paypal refund for my purchase given that the shipping was taking longer than I could wait. They refunded me within 24 hours. Perhaps posting a bad review on SiteJabber helped getting a response fast. So I no longer think they are a SCAM... they just have terrible customer service and they misrepresent the service they offer. I advise extreme caution in dealing with them.

Original review:
I ordered $250 of stuff a week ago with expedited shipping. The price was cheaper than other places so it seemed like a good deal. My order is still in "processing" status even though the web sites says "in stock". I sent a ticket 2 days ago and haven't had an answer even though they promise to reply within "24 hour". The online chat always says I need to try to contact them at regular office hours but they don't say what those hours are. Just found this site and agree with all the bad reviews. Stay away from dealsmachine otherwise you will regret losing your money and time. I've been scammed and will ask for a refund through paypal.

Oh no!

I should have looked further. I just placed an order about 40 hours ago for a phone and other items. I am just hoping i do not have any issues like everyone else. I want to be a legit person leaving a legit review because all the good reviews sound phony. If this all goes well i am sure you will keep my business. Make this transaction run smoothly. This is only one of the orders i placed. I searched and searched for this phone looking for a place where i could get it the fastest. I do not want to start the process of causing trouble. I want to be a good review. I paid for expedited shipping and everyone here is saying its months before they even get a response saying item not in stock and then you offer refund and then you will let them re-order. Please do not try and scam me on this. I work hard for my money and barely spend any. I hope to have this stuff as promised shipped off soon and arriving before christmas. Its a gift for a loved one. You disappoint them you disappoint me. If there is just one time you do right by a customer please do right by me. Here is your chance to make good as a company. I have people who work for me who do crowd sourcing. If this goes well i will get your site out in a mass social media as a good site to order from. If it goes bad my social outreach will bring your company and your site down. It will not be the first time i ruined a company for bad business. I have contacts all over that work in all fields. Still Sh*te!

I was really hoping, that after this company apologised and said they wanted to help following my earlier review here, that I would be able to post an upgraded result, but they have failed spectacularly... after many tickets back and forth and my even considering re-ordering if they could promise a more reliable courier service... they have stopped communicating completely... I would just say, if you order from this company and get what you ordered, you are very lucky (buy some lottery tickets!) If you don't get what you ordered get a claim started through whatever means of payment you used as it will be a long and difficult process...

***BREAKING NEWS*** Despite the team at deals machine assuring me on my complaints ticket that the ceramic knives I ordered were out of stock, I re-ordered them (after my refund from paypal) as it was only a fiver and I did really want these knives... guess what... after about 3 weeks they actually arrived... I am off out to buy some lottery tickets now... will never deal with these people again... they cannot tell the truth to save their lives... Good Luck to all who have any business with them!

Frustrated...
December 12, 2015

Frustrated... ordered one Huawei P8 with expedite delivery, after 5 days the status showing PROCESSING and on my email to deals machine received a reply that my payment has not been processed, while my credit card statement showing payment is made on Dec07. Neither I can can cancel the order nor I am getting any update.

So after paying additional amount for Expedite Delivery, I am receiving it today (on the way with DHL) after 16 days, oh... may be this expedite for them, and I still paid CAD20 to DHL as custom clearance fee, which they never mentioned.

Guys, my sincere advise is dont buy from them, cheap service, you might save some dollars against severe headache.

Have made many purchases most recently 5.0 inch M8 Android 4.4 3G Smartphone with SC7731 Quad Core 1.3GHz WiFi GPS. The lack of branding enabled me to introduce it to friends who in the past questioned the unknown names (in North America). After trying the device for a couple and learning it was "one my deals" they became converts and have placed orders of their own. Very happy customer.

Weird! But annoying, I placed an online order for a tablet. I was expecting the order status to be 'Processing' or 'Dispatched'. But, was shocked to see, the order status as 'Refunded'. I never Cancelled the order. Also, I paid for expedited shipping. I guess, it was a waste of money. Just realized, after going through the reviews from other customers like me..
