Firstly tracking info links didnt work until I wrote a bad review here Also no reply to tickets despite reminders.
On the plus side it does appear they might have shipped the phone promptly and when it got to the UK instead of using the post office delivery service as stated on their website they used the cowboys Yodel and they have lost or stolen it. Dealsmachine had been told it has not been received by both Yodel (carriers) and me but initially would not replace even though I paid for their insurance. It is in fact their duty to replace and claim off the carriers whether one has insurance or not. I can understand Dealsmachines reluctance since Yodels tracking still says the parcel has been delivered and I signed for it. When I sent documentation to show I was out of the country at the alleged time of signing Deals machine refunded my money. Hopefully they will have learned that choice of carrier can have a serious impact on their business and avoid carriers like Yodel who have an abysmal reputation in the UK.
Just glad I paid through Paypal as will now get the money back and buy elsewhere
