I've purchased many wigs from them, some i should not have kept, but that's my own fault. Nonetheless, i posted, or attempted to post, a negative review about a very well reviewed wig-photos and all. They never posted it. I rely on other people's reviews to help me with what i'm in the market for. I think it's poor business practice to take people's money and not give them a fair shake and the transparency to learn from other people's experiences. I will not be purchasing from them again.

I have purchased all of my wigs from this website and I found it to be superior in service and reviews. Heather doesn't sell products that she hasn't seen first in person. She gives totally honest video reviews. All of the plus and minuses of a particular wig. I trust her 100 % in the offerings that her store has. BTW, all of the shipping labels never ever say the store name or the word wig. Not sure what that negative review was about. Client help desk is amazing and fast.

They set expectations about when your product will be fulfilled, ship out, and arrive. They don't come close to meeting those expectations, and they don't follow up with you to let you know when the item will be fulfilled. They just leave you in limbo. After cancelling my item and getting refunded, I got a package for someone in another state. They had no sense of urgency at all in replying to my emails. The poor woman who ordered the product could just wait, they did not care at all. They need to set realistic expectations, stick to them, and show some concern for the customer... that really is not asking too much

I wanted to love this company... but they are seriously lacking in organization. I have ordered several wigs from them, some were fine; some I returned. What gets me is it's a whole week before you receive any details on whether the wig is even available! Is it on backorder? What is the status? Keep me informed at least. I finally tried NameBrandWigs and got my purchase within a week. Like I said, I wanted to love this company but they gotta get it together!

I have been a CysterWigs client for years and can say that I have never had better customer service (so personal and kind!) and the resources - YouTube videos, the blog, all kinds of neat information on the site- it makes something hard like hair loss and shopping online into something fun! I always order from CysterWigs because they have excellent prices, and very good sales. For those f you who want to know about sales, just get on the CysterWigs mailing list! *******@CysterWigs provides clear, detailed videos about styles, construction and colours. There is no other company who does as good of a job and I'll bet good money that everyone checks what she has to say about a wig before deciding on purchasing it. Customer service is the best! Email response is quick and helpful. I can track my orders and know when they are shipped and when they will arrive. Their refund and exchange policies are fair, clearly stated, and commensurate or better to that of other companies. CysterWigs is the best of the best!

This is the only place I will ever buy wigs! I can't say enough good things about cysterwigs. Heather and her staff are amazing and are willing and able to answer any and all questions that you may have. I love the fact that Heather does her own reviews on all the wigs because they often look different than the model photo!
You will not regret shopping here! And just in case you do it's probably a problem on your end not with the company.

CysterWigs.com is a fabulous, online wig store. Heather has amazing sales! I don't have to wait long to find a great deal on a wig. To add to this, I also get free shipping when I spend $75 or more. Heather also does "out of the box" wig reviews. These are easy to find on CysterWigs.com or on their YouTube channel. Heather goes over important details like fit, cap construction, color, etc., often showing the wig inside and out. Not only do I get great wig information, but I love watching. :) Just watch out... Heather's attitude about wigs is truly contagious!

I have purchased wigs and toppers from all the companies out there online and I must say Cysterwigs is by far the best company to purchase from. The customer service is excellent. Through the other retailers I have in the past emailed, online chatted and made phone calls regarding questions either about their products or store policies in the past and have had to wait several weeks for a response. My first inquiry with Cysterwigs both in an email question and by phone - immediate! As a matter of fact I was shocked when my phone rang about 5 minutes after I left a message at their help desk from Stephanie. With the other companies I was lucky if I even got a call back. And the same timely response to one of my email questions. Stephanie was extremely helpful and so kind. She's the kind of gal you'd love to go have coffee with. My second purchase I choose the wrong color. Super fast easy return unlike other stores online where I've waited several weeks to a month to see a return on my account. Wish I could have given this company more than 5 stars!

I've ordered from Cysterwigs for YEARS because she has the best prices, great specials and awesome customer service. Before Heather hired her staff, she handled all the questions, requests and emails independently. She always responded and I found her helpful. The helpdesk now is able to handle these requests in a great manner.

While there are other equally nice websites, none match the specials she has. I love her reviews and if you have a question about color, they can provide color swatches without you having to purchase the color rings. I find that helpful. Heather built this company from the ground up and I applaud her committment to her customers and her honest reviews. I will not shop elsewhere because it isn't worth it to me. Thank you Heather and Cysterwigs for helping me with information and providing me with beautiful "helper hair".

Since Oct 2018, I have purchased about 1 dozen wigs from Cysterwigs. All transactions have been seamless and my interactions with the client help desk have been very helpful and professional. Heather runs her business with integrity, passion and heart. She spends countless hours making videos for color spotlights and wig reviews and posts them all on YouTube. Watching these videos have helped me come to a decision on style, color and just learning more about wigs in general. Her passion has carried over to color codes and creating/customizing special colors as well which is great. I also love that she models most wigs AND will not carry any styles or brands that she feels is low quality. I feel this truly shows that she cares about her customers. The coupon codes are always available and save you money. The website itself is very user friendly. As you can tell, I'm a huge Cysterwigs fan and a customer for life!

Cyster Wigs is a truly fantastic company to deal with. Their website is easy to navigate and on-line purchase process is seamless. Fast shipping and any questions are answered quickly. I have ordered a few wigs that didn't work out color or style wise and exchanging them is very quick and painless. There is no restocking fee with an exchange the only thing you pay for is the return shipping which is totally understandable. I went to a brick and mortar store before I started doing business with Cyster Wigs and my experience was a nightmare. When I got the wig home it had a horrible smell and the owner would not exchange it. Thank goodness for Cyster Wigs and their generous exchange program.

I recently ordered a wig and realized I ordered the wrong color for me. I emailed Cyster and the problem to change colors was taken care of immediately. I received my "corrected color" wig in a couple of days and you can't beat the price. I don't see discounts like this anywhere. I've used the same company for several years which is a good company but I wish I would have switched over to Cyster sooner. The Videos of all of the wigs by Heather are fantastic - she's so honest and detailed. Just an all around good company with excellent customer service.

I own close to three dozen wigs purchased from Heather and CysterWigs. So you could say I know a thing or two about the wig world. The customer service is excellent. You ask a question and its answered immediately. The sales are great and the online community is very active & helpful & supportive. Heathers video reviews are honest and thorough. CysterWigs has changed my life... I wouldn't shop anywhere else. If you ever thought of getting a wig but didn't know where to start or trust contact Heather and CysterWigs...
