I've never had a problem ordering from cysterwigs. Everything always comes correct and on time. I don't trust any other site to buy my wigs from after finding cyster wigs!

Great Service!

I recently ordered a wig and realized I ordered the wrong color for me. I emailed Cyster and the problem to change colors was taken care of immediately. I received my "corrected color" wig in a couple of days and you can't beat the price. I don't see discounts like this anywhere. I've used the same company for several years which is a good company but I wish I would have switched over to Cyster sooner. The Videos of all of the wigs by Heather are fantastic - she's so honest and detailed. Just an all around good company with excellent customer service.

I own close to three dozen wigs purchased from Heather and CysterWigs. So you could say I know a thing or two about the wig world. The customer service is excellent. You ask a question and its answered immediately. The sales are great and the online community is very active & helpful & supportive. Heathers video reviews are honest and thorough. CysterWigs has changed my life... I wouldn't shop anywhere else. If you ever thought of getting a wig but didn't know where to start or trust contact Heather and CysterWigs... I highly recommend them... they are the best!

Every time I shop at Cysterwigs, it's a fantastic experience. I don't shop for wigs anywhere else. Their YouTube channel is fantastic, the prices are good, and it's just an all-around great company.

I should have learned my lesson when this company screwed up my order last time making me wait almost a month for a wig on clearance but it happened again. Well, the first time my wig was accidentally sent to the wrong customer making me wait for a replacement.

This time Cysterwigs didn't even ship the order. I contacted customer service to find out what was going on and was told I should track the wig myself... ummmm yeah - that's what I've been doing and the post office said the item was never received by them. Looked like a shipping label was made but USPS was waiting to accept the package. It's been 3 weeks and Cysterwigs won't help but my local news station has a consumer reporter who will help me resolve this. Fraud. Pure and simple.

Lousy customer service

If you are new to wigs I suggest you do your homework. Go to a shop and try one on along with getting familiar with colors. Also read the fine lines. I purchased a wig from here, it was to much for me. It was to long and the hair laid funny against my face. The color was not natural looking even for dyed hair. I called the store to get directions on returning and low and behold here is where the "fine line" comes in. I will pay a restocking fee of 40.00 plus pay for the shipping label not given a cost on that. When I asked why it was so high considering the wig was only 104.04 on sale i was told I should have read the return policy. I had! Then the male on the phone explained to me that they had to make sure there was no damage and that it did not smell-----how insulting. Sooo needless to say I will never deal with this company again and I cannot stress enough BUYER BEWARE

I've always had EXCELLENT experiences with Cysterwigs! They make purchasing easy, offer excellent discounts, and accept returns! This is not your typical hair place! I LOVE the hair reviews and color spotlights that Heather does on YouTube and often base my hair decisions off of those reviews. The customer service has always been by far some of the best! Customer service has always been pleasant and extremely helpful. The wigs are currently in transit. I have had no reason to believe that their stellar customer service will stop after the sale.

I ordered 2 wigs but one was too dark and I had to return it. Working with CysterWigs was so easy that I will certainly use them from now on. I quickly received a credit for my returned wig and I love the one I kept. They were very helpful when I needed to seek help oniine and I loved the free shipping.

I have no doubt that most of the positive reviews for Cyster Wigs come from the employees there or friends and relatives of employees or the owner. The customer service is truly so unprofessional and it is such a shame because there are other options for ordering wigs such as namebrandwigs.com, which offers a professional, well trained customer service staff and products for less money. The inventory at Cyster Wigs is lacking. Oddly enough, the other popular online wig shops have access to most wigs that Cyster Wigs say are on back order. They plain don't care about customer satisfaction or respect at Cyster Wigs.

So happy with this site!

As a former cancer patient, I now wear wigs on a daily basis. When I need a new one, I want to know if it is available and when I will receive it. Other sites charge my account immediately after I place my order and then send me an email 4-5 days later that the wig is on back order but they will let me know when it ships. I have waited for months to hear about my order from other sites and when you depend on wigs daily, this is incredibly frustrating. But on CysterWigs, I know immediately if I wig is available or on back order as soon as I attempt to add it to my cart. And if it is available, it ships within a few days! Thank you CysterWigs for making the process so much easier! This will be my go to site for ordering from now on!

5 stars! Love the videos! I ordered a topper that I thought was to light and the lady with customer service was great at helping me with other colors by sending me real pics of other selections. I ended up keeping the one I ordered. The only I would change is I shipping was a bit faster. I will be back!

The main reason I even started buying wigs from Cysterwigs was because of TAZ's informational, upfront reviews. This store has morphed, with evident growing pains of a greedy adolescent.
I lost 40.00 on a transaction - for a $230 wig with no coupons. Then they wanted another 40.00 to reorder the same wig in the original desired color.

If you are not sure about a wig, don't buy here. Returns are not 'easy' but stressful, time consuming and very costly. More often than not, STOCK is 0 or low as wigs are not 'in stock' - they are only A broker.
*read the fine print - as things have changed there - not for the better.

I have done business with Cyster Wigs several times even when they weren't the lowest price on the same style. Heather and her team not only provide an easy to use website, but instructional and demonstration videos on You Tube that are so helpful.

I have had a few situations with shipping, but the team was very responsive helping me work through them, and my new hair was either located in the FedEx system and sent on to me or was found in the supplier's warehouse waiting to ship.

They have responded to questions I have asked by email very quickly as well.

If you wonder about some of the low star reviews. Many of those issues are answered in Heather's videos on You Tube and the website. She is very clear about the reasons why some people can't exchange their wigs or why they are denied a refund. If you follow the policies, you will have no problems. I know first hand.

The Nadia by Envy (Alan Eaton) in Amaretto Cream is believably natural looking. The texture feels silky, just like healthy bio hair. It is not overly shiny, like many synthetics. Very lightweight, yet not skimpy. I love, love, love this piece. Unfortunately for me, since I'm still in the beginning phase of hair loss and thinning on top and temples, my remaining bio hair in back is still too thick to wear Nadia. She was just a tiny bit on the snug side. I will stick with the toppers for now, but will definitely wear the Nadia by Envy in the near future. I highly recommend this piece! By the way, Cyster Wigs and staff are the best, hands down! Thank you!

Wig Buyer Beware

So sad that the customer service is so bad at Cysterwigs. They don't keep their website updated so when you order something, you have no idea whether or not it is in stock. Five days after my last order was "confirmed" I was informed that one of the wigs I purchased was on back order for two months. Why it was still available on their website and why they didn't notify me immediaafter I had placed my order is a mystery. Then when I contacted them, the customer service was terrible. I've spoken to several ladies who answer the phone at Cysterwigs and none of them are professional or act like they care about the customer. I don't understand the past reviews who stated the customer service is good. All the competent employees must have quit. I have now started ordering from a wig company called wigsbypattispearls.com. They have the same 30% off and free shipping on $50 orders. They are incredibly professional and go the extra mile to accommodate their customers.

I do not have one complaint about CysterWigs. Do people realize that Cysterwigs is not a wig manufacturer? How do you complain about the quality of a wig when CysterWigs has no control over that. And then give them a low rating because of it?
Also, if you give respect, you get respect.

I have purchased many wigs from Cysterwigs and have always been happy with the shipping time and with the products.
I have ordered a few wigs that I am not particularly happy with; as far as how they look on me but decided to keep them anyway.
Recently I have been in search of a gray wig. I ordered one wig in gray which I already own two of and love; Zuma but in gray I was not so happy with how it looked so I returned it; no problem!
I had them give me a store credit; I knew I would be ordering again, which I received within days of them receiving my return.
I could go on and on about how much I appreciate Cysterwigs and it's sad that there others that have not had the same great experience I have had.
