Why does it take so many days before items are shipped?
I almost cancelled and ordered from ebay.
Had Cycle Gear order a new tire and tube for my Super Moto. Took about 5 days to get the new tire. Then another 4 days to get the tires installed on the rim.

I drove to my nearest cycle gear store which was one hour away to buy a specific item and cyclegear.com store inventory was wrong, but the store representative made it right by expedited shipping it to me home.
I was very happy he did that.

Alec and his Crew at the Allison Park Cycle gear were patient with me and the problem I was having with the purchase of my new helmet. I drive 1 1/2 hours to get to the Allison Park Cycle gear cause the service is good there.
