So far I like the product but haven't had a chance to use it out on the road. Wish the manual came in the package, as I'd like to have it in my tank bag for reference, but was told that it can't be provided.

I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience in dealing with any cycle gear. Everyone is always willing to help and just the fact that you can call and an actual human being answer the phone goes miles with me!

Gloves received were nicer than expected. This was especially evident in the fact that they actually fit. Finger length was perfect - never had that before. Now if the temps would ever rise above 65* I could actually ride.

My son wanted a motorcycle jacket from your website for his birthday.
I was concerned that it would not arrive before his birthday. To my pleasant surprise, received it 2 days faster than scheduled.

Wanted an LS2 Carbon X. Tried on one in stock in my "size". Staff also brought a next size up LS2 Advent for comparison, if needed. Had to order the larger size, not in stick. Was able to have my order shipped direct to my home at no charge. It arrived the day before promised date, in perfect condition.

I ordered two mirrors (right/left) at the same time, in the same order. The funny part was that one was shipped from Reno, and the other shipped from Pennsylvania. Both were delayed 2 days from weather (which I can understand) and both arrived in boxes big enough that a dozen mirrors could fit in. I'm not upset by anything, it just seemed really inefficient and unnecessarily expensive to ship this way.
Both mirrors arrived in good shape and fit perfectly, and I was kept updated about the shipping nicely.

I've had problems with your competition and will not even order from them at all. You guys are awesome! Great website easy to use and user friendly. Shipping is always with-in a day or two. I for one appreciate the quick shipping and good service.

Ordered Sport Touring Dunlop Tires from Cycle Gear. Shipped quickly. Great financing options. Once they were delivered timely communication about delivery. Plus discounts and payback programs like RPM help to cover additional costs such as mounting and accessories like metal valve stems. Very happy with the service.

I ordered online as I can search thru assortment of products at a glance and comparing them with others that have been reviewed, by other buyers as sizing is different with brands. Overall it been a great experience I recommend.

Cycle gear Lynwood, has been my go to location. The staff are super friendly and experienced. I recently bought a new tire and had it fitted/balanced as well. They finished in less than 24 hours and were quick to let me know the tire was ready for pick-up.

I waited an extra hour to get my hands on my order because my package was not placed at my front door as directed, but hidden inside my garage because it saved about 5 steps. Fedex delivery drivers in my area are lazy and cut any corners they think they can get away with.

The team at Cycle Gear did a great job keeping me in the loop about the product I ordered (Replacement helmet part). When it came in they installed it for me at a no charge. It took less than 5 mins. It was my 5th time at this location (Fontana CA) and I will say it is always a pleasure shopping here and doing business.

Everything came as expected and on time. Communication was great from the delivery side. Winnie store had more inventory in hand so I could walk away with it that day. Found the same product cheaper online with free delivery. I pains for delivery and had to wait a little bit longer. Overall I can't complain about it.

My experience with cycle gear was great. They were even kind enough to send me a free product. That was not originally part of my order. Which I found thoughtful, when it comes to motorcycle safety gear. The products I received were as described. Although, some of the padding I purchased did not fit some of the cycling gear that I wear. I'am still able to find uses for them. Being motorcycle safety, I rather have it that not. Being that they seemed to be one of the only companies I could find that sold CE certified hardshell padding inserts for shoulders and forearm protection. If you do decided to purchase just make sure you have proper fitting sizes for your jackets. That was a mistake on my part. Again I have found other uses for them.

Went into the store hoping to try on boots, but they didn't have the style I wanted. They ordered it for me & it got here quick. Unfortunately the boots rubbed on my ankle so I had to return them. So far it's been fairly seamless

I bought a pair of gloves from cycle gear with some member and rpm bucks that were shipped. They were too small (not their fault). Cycle gear gave me a no cost return label. I ordered the next size up at full cost as replacements, they fit. As soon as my return was accepted- I've got the credits showing for my next order!

My shopping experience was unbelievably disappointing. I've never met a more uncaring and mindlessly lazy group of salespeople. They are totally unappreciative. They were no help whatsoever, and I spent over $1,200 dollars because I needed the gear. Their help was minuscule and uncaring. It was an awful experience. What more can I say?

I've ordered items from Cyclegear in the past and have always been satisfied with their service and shipping. Nothing has changed with this last order experience. They have the goods and get it to you quickly. Every time.

Shopped around, Cycle Gear had the best price. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, and the first time I called to get the tire mounted they told me 48 hours to do. When I went in a day later ('cuz I wanted to ride the day before) I was asked, "Can you wait 15 minutes?" If I would have known! Now I need to wait for another day to ride.
