Item I ordered showed in stock ships in 24 hours, needed the part quickly so figured it would arrive with the other items in my order, nope. Nearly 2 weeks after ordering my part shows up on a Sunday night.
I made a significant purchase buying pants, jacket and gloves from Alpinestars. I received my order without the suspenders included in my pant purchase. I reached out to customer service and their resolution was not acceptable to me. An excise and that I had to return the pants and reorder new ones. Not acceptable because this situation isn't the customers fault, not my fault in the packaging process my suspenders disappeared. Did not want to utilize my time going through Cycle Gears process of resolving this issue. Will go without Alpinestars suspenders. Moreover, as big as Cycle Gear is, I'm not going to purchase from that store.

I had purchased a size M helmet at the Shenandoah store but it was a little too tight. Raye the sales lady helped me with the return and she was extremely polite and helpful, ordered a size L, received it a couple days later at home well packed and delivered on time.

Went to my local CycleGear didn't have the one I needed ( pixel pro 8), lots for Apple or Samsung oh well life goes on. Ordered it there at the store, four days later I got it. Life's still good.

I installed this kit on my 2016 Dyna Low Rider it is a little complicated cause it was my first install on a bike, id say it won't be as fast as 30 minutes but it does lower the bike id say a tiny bit, its kinda barely noticeable but enough for me to get the results i wanted an not effect the turning and clearance on the bike itself.
Needed some new cold-weather riding pants and decided on Alpinestars. My local Cyclegear store had the desired model (Andes Drystar V4) in stock to check the fit; the staff was super-helpful in assisting me with finding the right size and getting the pants ordered. Shipping was right on time, I'm a happy customer in the Matthews NC store.
I ordered this Alpinestars jacket in size 3XL. Did so based on fact that I currently wear a 3XL Alpinestars leather jacket. I figured they'd fit the same as it is same size, same brand. However, the one I received is rather snug in the waist area. Regardless, I'm quite pleased with the styling, durability, and quality of this jacket.
The staff was super helpful helping me select the product that best filled my wants/needs. After receiving the product the staff demonstrated all the features of the product and oriented me on the proper use/operation of the item. I went to order the matching pants for my new Alpinestars jacket, I am inbetweens Large and Extra large. The guy at the local store suggested he pull both for me to try on and he'd order the ones that fit in the color to match my jacket. I stopped in running some errands and tried them
On. A week or so later they call me and I am now the coolest cat on the road in my new toggs! Good customer

Called and tried to order over the phone they refused to do that. I was never notified the order was waiting at the store I requested. This is why I usually purchase elsewhere. Plus they charge the rip off Philly tax rate. Philly is a cesspool.

Love the Cortech Aero-Flo 2.0 jacket I just purchased from Cycle Gear. This is the second Cortech mesh jacket I've purchased. Liked my other one so much I decided to go with another Cortech product. The orignal jacket has lasted me for many years and still has lots of life in it. The new jacket is very comfortable and fits me perfectly. For me, these jackets run true to size. I went with the black and blue color and think it looks great. Have already gotten lots of compliments from family and friends about how good it looks on me. Quality seems ecellent and this one looks like it will last many years. Cortech products usually sell for much less than their competitors yet still provide a quality product. HIghly recommend.

I have narrow, skinny feet. Just like my mom. Rarely have I found boots that aren't too wide. After reading a few customer reviews about the boots that interested me, and considering the discount, I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. It's as if they used my feet for the mold. The fit is uncanny, they're comfortable and lightweight. Maybe the most optimally fitting footwear I've owned in a long time. I don't even ride a motorcycle!
Have not tested out my waterproof pants but overall delivery was fast great and to my apt. Door as asked and comes in a baggie to carry
Fed ex, not Cycle Gear, dropped the package off on a neighbors porch. The address on the box was ours, but Fed Ex messed up. Not surprised though, they do that all the time at my job.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
