The tires arrived sooner than expected, and it perfect condition. I will definitely be ordering again from CycleGear!
Overall experience was good. Ordered the wrong size. Had an easy return and quick replacement.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Stayed on the phone with me while we tried to track my package. And called me back when they said they would. Its been a long time since I've had satisfactory customer service and im glad the staff at Cyclegear are killing it.
The employees at the store helped guide me towards the right helmet for my needs.
New rider here. It's always hit or miss with riding jackets. Received a jacket that was a size too big. Called local Cycle Gear to see if they had my size in-store rather than returning my item via mail and yes they did! Item easily exchanged with no hoops to jump through.
Stopped by the store and the visor I needed wasn't in stock, but they ordered it for me and shipped it to my address.
Ordering my bike tire was easy. The service was beyond expectations. I am still a loyal customer.
Always helpful and always the best prices. CycleGear is always my first destination when I need motorcycle gear. The staff is always friendly and personable and always willing to help in any way to make the experience shopping for new gear as smooth and pleasurable as possible.
Got my gear in a reasonable time. Happy returning customer.
Very good to help me with what I needed. Looked up availability of the shoes I wanted.
Order over the phone went well. The staff were helpful, and I received what I ordered fairly quickly. No complaints.
It was very easy to find what I needed, great selection, comparable prices, and fast delivery.
The number one reason I shop at Cycle Gear is they will order inventory that they don't carry in stock, let me try it on in the store or at home and then I can return the item, in like new condition, in 90 days for a full refund. I have purchased multiple items this way and that always allows me to feel comfortable that I am buying something that is exactly right for me with no risk of a poor fit that I then end up never wearing.
Excellent in store service. I have never been pressured and always lead to good products in my price range.
Quick delivery all the right stuff.
The local store helped by quickly mounting and balancing the new tire. So I'm on the road.
Simple to use filters aided in finding the right jacket for me.
Ordered online and tire arrived at local store within a couple of days. I took my front wheel with old tire down to the store and dropped off for mounting and balancing. I received a call the next day from the the guy at the local store and he said he was unable to break the bead and dismount my old tire. I picked up my wheel and new tire, stopped by my local independant motorcycle service shop and he was able to break the bead, dismount old tire, and mount/balance my new tire in 10 minutes. I wish I would have known my local Cycle Gear store was so inept. I could have saved myself a lot of time and costs of driving 60-70 miles back and forth to the local store by shipping directly to my house.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
