I absolutely love shopping at cycle gear or any of their partners., either it be in store, or online, it's always quick and easy and a great price too. I buy everything I need to take care of my motorcycles and then some.
Ordered oils and filter, it was shipped. It was packed nicely as not to leak or be damaged.
I ordered my tire online ans it was delivered withb a few days. Popped up to my local Cycle Gear store and got the tire installed for $30 in 10 freakin' minutes! Great customer service and great pricing!
For my 1st order, I bought the Alpinestars CR-X Drystar riding shoes according to the size chart and my shoe size. The shoes were too small. I had to return them at a cost of $9 and order a half-size larger. When that pair arrived, I realized I probably should have gone a full size larger, but I was not going to spend another $9 to return them. Hopefully they will stretch...
I usually go in the store to try on things to make sure they fit, because I kinda hate shopping online for clothes. So I usually have them order whatever I need at the store to ship to me. Delivers within 2 days. Super fast and great service

The order initially had to tires and only got one. After reaching out customer service walked me through the process of putting a claim and realistic time expectations. Eventually I got both tires.

My original Sena 10S clamp kit had broken wiring and Jeremiah spent hours trying to repair it. When that failed, he installed a new clamp kit and made sure my head set was updated with new software and working perfectly. What a Rock Star! Thanks Jeremiah!
