As always, Cycle Gear has a good selection and makes it easy to get products you can't find in local stores.
These Web GoreTex boots from Alpinestars are good quality. I bought some of the original series of this boot >15 years ago, and after many many miles of riding in heat, rain and snow, they were looking pretty worn. Still without holes, mind you, but they showed the many years of use. In spite of this, they were still comfortable and (mostly) waterproof. I bought another set of the same boots because they are comfortable, last, and offer good protection without looking like a walked off the motorcross track.
Always helpful and friendly service at CycleGear in Novi, MI. Didn't have a case in stock that fit my phone so they ordered one to my house.
I'm a new rider, so this was my first time at the store. Sales people were knowledgeable & friendly and helpful.
It's always super easy to order form CG. Shipping is pretty quick and I'm not not satisfied
Ordered three pairs of tires. Arrived earlier than expected. Had them mounted. Finished five days earlier than estimated.
I love buying products from cycle gear. Returns are great if needed, products ship fast.
Got helmet next day. Amazing………………………………….::::.:::::::
I got my motorcycle tire for way cheaper than I normally pay and the shipping was good as well. Thank you!
My windshield arrived much sooner than expected. Fit my bike perfect. Love it.
Normally I'd go to the dealer for new tires and have them install it, but I found out that I can get a great price on a new tire and have Cycle Gear install it for $30 (provided you bring in the wheel). Braeden was awesome to work with and got the tire mounted in quick order!
Perfect fit for my 2023 Yamaha R3 and sounds great. Very light compared to the stock exhaust. Easy to install
The survey monkey feedback was too long. I thought ok, I'll knock this out because I do like to give feedback but, after 5 pages of multiple choice it started with the word boxes and I just closed it and sent cs an email telling them. It's a very robust survey but, man I don't know how people can stand more than a couple minutes of questions.
Very knowledgeable and patient with trying different helmets.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
