Boots arrived on time and worked great! Fits exactly the way that the description shows. Great value!
Item arrived as expected. Some issues using coupon code, gave up.
Shipping was accurate and fast, everything was in good shape when it arrived. Only one of my items didn't fit but it was super easy to return it in store. Only thing I'd say is shipping a return was a little confusing, it may have just been from using the mobile website, but it seemed like there wasn't a pdf provided for the return shipping label, you're just supposed to print the whole step by step page. But I just returned in store, as that was easier anyway.
Have always had a positive experience with cycle gear since going to then over the last 10 years.
Ordered a battery for my vintage BMW. Delivered promptly ahead of schedule.
Efficient and professional staff knowledgeable about all

Your stores are well stocked and run by very helpful and friendly people.
They were sold out of the item I wanted but offered to order it for me. I was very pleased and surprised when it arrived only 2 days later.
I placed my order for 1 pair of Open Box black Rokker slim tapered motorcycle jeans in size 33 waist 32 length. The packing information was a 33 waist 32 length but the actual size and tagging of the pants were 32 waist and 32 length. The 32 waist is too tight. Because I only packed these new jeans for my recent trip to NH I had no choice but to wear them. Very disappointed with my first experience with CycleGear.
All my questions were answered, cyclegear associate helped me find jacket that fit me best.
Great service, great team and knowledge of services and products.
Well done. I ordered. It came in a timely manner. Installation was simple as well.
The right visor connector did not have a cap/cover on it like the left side does. It's a black plastic round piece that goes over where the screw goes into the helmet.
Ordering the product while I was at the local cycle gear was great. The delay in shipping the not so great.
I absolutely love these, I looked at the other reviews and took the advice to order a size up. They are tight but stretchy enough to fit well. I imagine they'll be excellent in the autumn but they are multilayered and get very sweaty when out riding on 90 degree Fahrenheit days.
We received lots of friendly and helpful advice from all of the staff.
Nick was helpful and didn't mind that we used so much of his time.
Really good quality for the price and it was real cowhide. Got it on 4th of July sale for $70 instead of $160
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
