Roswell Ga. Store manager Eric and his team provide excellent customer service everytime I'm go to the store (which is often). Recently, I went to the store to follow up with Eric regarding a previous conversation about a Shoei GT Air II. He was not in but Max stepped in for him and answered my questions about the helmet and about both the Sena and Cardo systems. He had a good depth of knowledge about all three items. I ordered both the helmet and a Cardo Edge 2 helmet system. After delivery, I took the helmet and Cardo system to the store and Eric installed the system it in a matter of minutes while I waited even though I offered that I wasn't in a hurry and would come back.
Friendly, helpful, good followup. Eric is a very good store manager

I used to be able to search for an specific product, but now it gives you endless pgs of related items to my search.
Good prices and thankful that you re-stocked pretty quickly. Have been looking for a few weeks for boots but sizes were not available. I had just drove up yesterday to a physical store to check their stock and then today found the sale and re-stock.
Good deals. Thankful to find size I needed online. Was not in stock in my size at local Sandy, Ut store. They were very helpful, though. Almost bought a different style from the same manufacturer, but decided to wait and order online. Good website.
Snaps could be a little stronger on the front. CCW pockets should just be velcro instead of stretch loops. Then customer can add their own specific holster or you could have a general fit velcro holster as a bonus. Jacket is heavy and no armor, but with pockets. Fair trade-off for having strong leather and storage. Liner is tricky to get in and out, and I image elbow pockets for armor will be as well. Back protector pocket is going to limit what kinds you can use.

They couldn't mount my rear tire because they didn't have the proper equipment. I think if you advertise tire mounting you should have all the equipment to do so. They also didn't have the proper valve to replace. I had to drive all over town to obtain. I've never had such an experience at other cycle shops in town here. However with all that said the employees were extremely nice and helpful on where to go to get the valve and mount the tire.
So far I'm very happy with the items I ordered, as well as the helpful filtering system for finding the gear you are looking for. I will caution I had experienced difficulty actually *buying* anything, as my order cancelled several times (perhaps because of an issue with my VPN?). Anyways, in the end I had customer service get involved and they resolved the issue
I went into bc the side bracket for my visor that locks it in broke,so he did told me order it which i did. Like guys I AM NOT A HANDYMAN, NOT VERY HANDY, SO any help is needed. I was just wanna drive my bike and change a few things. Thank you for help as alwys
Certain face shields and Pinlocks are compatible with certain helmets. You should add links for compatible accessories to find them easier.

Went to store in Columbus to actually see helmets available. I had to ask salesperson to assist us. Helmet purchase was for my wife and she just tried helmets on until she found one that would work. The color she wanted was not in stock so we ordered helmet and Cardo communicater, which was sent to our residence. Received quickly.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
