Picked up a set of gloves at the store and when I got them home, I noticed that the gloves were two different sizes. Took them back to the store and they were able to order me a new set and ship them to my home and provided a nice discount due to the inconvenience.
Glad at how fast my order arrived. I chose this site because the ability to return to a physical location.
Quick and easy experience! I received my new steel braided brake line really quick. Excellent quality and the price was great as well.
Everything worked out smoothly, but the pants are a bit big so I'm ordering the next size down. With knee braces and hip pads, off road pants can be a little tough to size right, so I'm not surprised I have to try another. I'm glad I can return what doesn't work and my local CG store.
Very satisfied with Cycle Gear's available stock and delivery speed.
Greg advised me on helmet size. Upon arrival he installed my Cardo system and even called Cardo to inquire about the adapter needed for my Shoei Neotec 3.
Product worked real good
I will refer your store to others.
Product arrived on time. Thanks
Nice helmet but not a good fit for me. I am returning for size. It is to big.
Ordering was easy.Item Delivered on time. Good communication.
Good price boots were on sale. Ordered to store for free shipping came within a few days.
Ordering through Cycle Gears website was flawless. The tires were delivered to their local store on time and without issue. The mounting and balancing of the tires by their store personnel was atrocious.
During the mounting process, the finish on both wheels were damaged in multiple locations. The dot on the tire was not aligned with the valve stem, it was about 150 degrees out of alignment. The weights on the wheels from the previous tires were not removed prior to the new wheel and tire combination being balanced. This resulted in an excessive number of weights being placed in three distinct locations on each of the wheels.
I dropped off the wheels with the old tires the weekend before the scheduled delivery. I picked up the wheels and the new tires the following weekend. Despite having the wheels for an entire week, when I arrived to pick them up the tires had been mounted but the wheels were not balanced. This meant that I had to wait for nearly an hour for them to be balanced. When they were finally presented to me, the valve stems were without caps. When I remarked about it, they installed caps but one of the caps did not fit properly being too short to cover the entire threaded area of the valve stem.
I had to bring the wheels home, remove all the weights and rebalance them myself. I still have not been able to find a properly fitting cap for the odd sized valve stem installed on one of the wheels. The damage to the wheel's finish will be there for the life of the motorcycle.
Revit Trench is way too small. I ordered the Medium, and even with the liner out it digs into my armpits. I'm 5'8" 160 lbs slight athletic build and this thing was too tight. I returned it for the Revit Echelon and that sizing fits much better (slightly loose.) So it don't know whats up with Revit. My first time buying this brand.

The manager was consultative and not pushy. The kind of experience I like.

They didn't have in stock what I wanted but ordered it and home delivered and received in 2 days
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
We appreciate your honest opinion and will follow up with our team to get this corrected. We hope to get things right next time. Thanks for letting us know.
