Not only was the shipping over a week but the rep i chatted with didn't care. Don't waste your money woth the RPM membership of you're getting it for shipping. I will seek elsewhere to order sadly.

I was having a hard time finding the correct handle bar grips for my motorcycle, the other shops around Austin had no idea what I needed when I told them my yamaha tenere 700 had a longer handle bar grip everywhere I went, they only had the standard grip length 125 MM the tenere has a longer grip of 135 MM the sales guy looked it up in the catalog and pro grips sales a Xtra long grip for bikes like mine. Ordered my new grips arrived in a few days. Thanks for the help
Nice shoes but too small and narrow! Suggest ordenting half size larger. Haven't discussed a return and getting a larger size as of yet.

Ordered pants, and had a good experience at Cycle Gear per usual. The pants don't fit the way I was hoping, so I'm going to return them. I have a Cycle Gear store near me, which makes returns very convenient.

Went into my local Cycle Gear and tried on similar model helmets with lots of help from the store associate, then ordered the helmet at the store to be delivered to my house and with my RPM membership it was delivered quickly in two days to my house,

I come back to Cycle Gear every time I need parts or gear. If they don't have it in stock at the store, I can order it online and have it delivered to my home or the store. What's even better is that if my online order isn't right for some reason, I can return it at the store.
I've been fortunate to almost always find the size I need. And that says a lot because I'm 5'6" and a waist 30, shoe size 7.5. Finding my size is always a challenge but Cycle Gear comes through every time.

Ever since my friends first taught me of CycleGear, I've dealt with them exclusively over other stores/websites. In their stores, the staff is knowledgeable, greet you like a friend, and I have yet to meet one who doesn't ride. Online, the UI is easy to navigate, prices are reasonable, and they're on-the-ball with getting your order correct and out the door.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
